Characters from the games and creepypastas in this book do not belong to me. This story will probably not have anything warning worthy other than profanity and swears, but if there is something I will include a disclaimer.

When lunch had ended, (name) said goodbye to Gold and shut the lid of the computer before unplugging Gold's game. He/she then visited his/her locker briefly before going to class to finish out the school day.
Once the bell finally rang, (name) grabbed everything out his/her locker, put his/her backpack over his/her shoulders, and walked to the subway station to head home.
~~~
"Gold, you can come out the computer now," (name) told Gold.
(Name) had plugged in the computer and Gold's game and had put them onto the kitchen table. Because his/her parents were not home yet, there was no reason for Gold to need to hide in (name)'s bedroom.
"O-ok," Gold replied before emerging from the screen.
"Wanna have snacks?"
"Snackies?" Gold looked happy.
"... I'll take that as a yes."
(Name) went straight to making snacks for him/her and Gold, rummaging through the fridge and taking out cheese and then grabbing some crackers out of a cabinet that was designated as a makeshift pantry.
(Name) sliced the cheese into squares and sandwiched it between two crackers. He/she did this over and over until there were five for him/her and five for Gold.
"Here," (name) put down a plate with the crackers for Gold at the kitchen table in front of Gold.
"T-thanks!" Gold smiled.
Then he just floated there for a moment, as if debating on how he would eat the food. Before Gold could face-plant himself into the plate to eat, destroying the crackers and looking stupid at the same time, (name) put down his/her plate and picked up one of Gold's snacks.
"W-what are you doing?!"
"Shovin' the food in your mouth," (name) said as if it was obvious.
"Huh?!"
"...c'mon, open your mouth," (name) said with a hint of impatience as he/she repeatedly poked the side of Gold's mouth with the cheese-cracker.
Eventually Gold gave in and bit the other side of the cheese-cracker, holding it half in his mouth. (Name) let go of the half he/she was holding to eat his/her food, and Gold was left there slightly confused.
"Chew an' swallow Gold, chew an' swallow," (name) laughed as he/she noticed Gold beginning to zone out.
"...m-mhm," Gold replied after a moment. He then ate the food that (name) had put halfway into his mouth. "I-it's good..."
"Do you wanna perhaps say that a lil' bit louder?" (Name) asked in jest.
"I s-said 'it's good.'"
"Good, I'm glad you like it... Want me to give you another one?"
"Uhh, s-sure!"
(Name) fed Gold another cheese-cracker, which Gold didn't hesitate to eat this time.
"Y-you know what? I t-think Hurry would l-love these," Gold proclaimed shortly after swallowing.
"Who's Hurry?" (Name) asked. To him/her, 'Hurry' didn't sound like a name.
"O-oh, Hurry is my cyndaquil," Gold explained in a very happy voice, he seemed to like talking about his Pokémon.
"As in the Pokémon cyndaquil?"
"Mhm, the p-Pokémon."
"Wait really?!"
"Mhm."
"CAN I SEE HIM?"
"Umm...y-yeah, let me go get him," Gold said after thinking for a moment.
Then, Gold disappeared into the computer. For him, inside the computer were 2 things: (name)'s files/whatever is on (name)'s screen, and the entire Johto and Kanto regions. So it isn't like Gold was trapped in a box or anything when he is in the computer.
After looking around for a bit, Gold found Hurry napping at a tree. It woke up as Gold got closer and promptly found a way to climb onto Gold and rest on his hat.
Gold left the computer with the tiny cyndaquil still on his head and showed Hurry to (name).
"T-this is Hurry," Gold tried to point at his head but couldn't because of his lack of limbs, so he had to explain a bit instead. "T-the Pokémon on my head."
(Name)'s face melted into a warm little smile. The cyndaquil resting on Gold's hat was an adorable sight.
Despite this, (name) had an intrusive thought that would end this moment:
"...Can I hold him?" (Name) said without thinking.
"Uh...um..." Gold was hesitant.
"I won't be angry if you say no."
"...you can hold him, j-just please b-be gentle... a-and be careful of where t-the flames come out of."
(Name) nodded and then gently lifted Hurry off of Gold's head. He/she then held the cyndaquil cradled in his/her arms like a baby. At first, the cyndaquil was a bit alarmed, but it became comfortable quickly as it noticed that (name) had no hostile intentions.
"He's so cute," (name) said softly.
Gold smiled at (name) and Hurry, nodding a bit to agree with (name)'s comment.
As he/she cradled the Pokémon though, (name) got an idea. Being extra cautious to not drop or disturb the Pokémon, (name) removed one of his/her hands from cradling the cyndaquil and grabbed one of his/her cheese-crackers.
He/she handed the food to Hurry, who then grabbed the snack in its little hands and began to nibble on the food happily.
"Do you have any other Pokémon?" (Name) asked curiously, wondering what Gold would say.
"I-I have a lot of Unowns."
"Are those like the alphabet looking guys?"
"Mhm. M-maybe I can have you meet t-them in the future."
