You stood in front the vending machine putting in the number for the item you desire. Crying slightly to yourself as you grab your item. You decided to stay after a bit longer to complete your project for a class. As much as you hate school you decided that its best to at least "Try". Although the group you were placed with had opposite opinions, so now here you were, after school finishing a project by yourself.
As you walk back into the classroom you hear a familiar loud voice, looking up you spot the "One and Oni" frantically looking under the desks.
"Come outtttt!! Cmonnnn! Skull crusherrrrrr—Where are you beetle bro—?!"
"Itto?" You ask scaring him as he hits his head on the desk yelping in pain, he gets from under the desk quickly trying to play cool.
"Oh—! Heyyyyy.....Didn't spot you there shorty! What are you doing here huh? Waiting for my autograph I'm sure" He boasted setting his hands on his hips.
"Actually no, I have to finish a project"
"Oh, well—I knew that! I was just testing to see if you knew, haha yeah...yeah..." He said obviously having to convince himself of his answer.
"Yeah sure, so what are you doing here? I didn't know you take this course"
"Actually I don't! I take animal training—-Speaking of animals—...You may or may not have a beetle on your fa—-" Before finishing his sentence you begin shaking your head rapidly.
"GET IT OFF GET IT OFF—!! EWWWWWW—!"
"Hold up—!! If you stop moving I can get it—!! Don't traumatize poor skull crusher-!!" He say's as the beetle falls from your face and he catches it swiftly. "Poor Skull crusher...Are you owkayyy...?" He says to the bug cuddling it as you stand there in disgust wiping your face begrudgingly.
"Poor beetle what about me—?" He looks down at you eyeing you up and down.
"You'll be good dude, This beetle is my prized possession, and is gonna lead me to victory!"
"Victory-?" You ask looking up at him with a confused expression. "Yup! Later on the great Arataki Itto is challenging one of his greatest foes in a beetle fight! Winner gets a sweet prizeee...2 BIG bags of halloween candy‼️ You should come watchhh" He suggests smiling with excitement at you.
"Im sorry, as interesting as it sounds I can't, I have to finish this project, Its due tomorrow—" He looks over at the table you were working at.
