I'm covering my ears
From this loud noise
That I don't want to hear
It's haunting me
I feel paranoid
To hear the repeating sound
That is playing in my head
I want to pause it
Even my surrounding
Is quiet as the wind
But why there's ringing on my ears
As if I'm in a crowd
I wish to stop the noise
Ending their sound
If only I could just shut it down
To find my peace and quietness
