October was in full swing, and Halloween was approaching with a sense of mischief and playful spookiness. Jeongin had taken it upon himself to make the entire month a Halloween-themed prankfest, much to the amusement and sometimes annoyance of his girlfriend, Y/N.

From jump scares in the dark to fake spiders strategically placed around the house, Jeongin had proven to be quite the prankster. And most of the time, his pranks were surprisingly successful. Y/N had laughed at some, screamed at others, and was always left in a state of anticipation, wondering when the next surprise would come.

One sunny afternoon, as the leaves turned shades of orange and red, Y/N decided it was time to turn the tables. She spent days planning and preparing a prank that would be the ultimate scare for Jeongin. She wanted to show him that she, too, could be a formidable prankster.

Her plan involved a fake haunted house experience, set up in their own home. She enlisted the help of some friends who were talented in special effects makeup and had a flair for theatricality. Together, they transformed the house into a spooky, eerie, and unsettling space.

The night Y/N decided to execute her plan, she told Jeongin they were going on a "haunted house date." He eagerly agreed, assuming it was just another one of their Halloween-themed activities.

As they entered their home, it was cloaked in darkness. The hallway was dimly lit with flickering candles, and eerie music played softly in the background. Y/N led Jeongin by the hand, her heart pounding with anticipation.

They explored room after room, each filled with supernatural phenomena. There were ghostly figures in mirrors, strange noises that seemed to come from the walls, and even a table that appeared to levitate on its own.

Jeongin, though initially excited, grew progressively more uneasy. He didn't quite know what to expect, but he knew he was in for a surprise.

The pinnacle of Y/N's prank was the "seance room." In the dimly lit chamber, a friend concealed in the shadows operated a Ouija board, pretending to communicate with spirits. As Y/N and Jeongin entered, the friend moved the planchette to spell out ominous messages.

Y/N looked at Jeongin with a faux expression of terror. "Jeongin, we should leave. I have a bad feeling about this."

Jeongin's eyes widened, and his heart raced. "Yeah, let's get out of here."

But as they turned to leave, the room plunged into darkness, and a loud crash echoed through the house. Y/N's accomplice had dropped a tray of fake, creepy artifacts to add to the chaos.

Panic set in as the room seemed to come alive with eerie whispers and ghostly figures. Jeongin clung to Y/N, his heart pounding in his chest. "Y/N, we need to go now!"

But as they turned to leave, the lights flickered back on, revealing their friends, who were now laughing. It was all just an elaborate prank to give Jeongin a taste of his own medicine.

The relief that washed over Jeongin was quickly replaced by embarrassment, but he couldn't help but laugh. "You got me good, Y/N! I never saw that coming."

Y/N smiled, a sense of satisfaction washing over her. "Consider it payback for all the pranks this month. But you promised not to prank me again, right?"

Jeongin grinned, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "I did promise, but that doesn't mean it'll last."

And he was right. The promise not to prank Y/N didn't last long at all. A couple of days later, Jeongin was back at it, devising new pranks and surprises for the Halloween season. The pranks and laughter continued throughout the month, a testament to their playful and loving relationship.

As Halloween finally arrived, Y/N and Jeongin donned their costumes and headed out for more spooky adventures, ready to embrace the spirit of the season and each other's mischievous antics.
