Y/N had always been fond of roller skating. The feeling of gliding on wheels, the wind in her hair, and the freedom it brought made it one of her favourite pastimes. She had wanted to share this joy with her boyfriend, Jisung, who had never roller skated before. So, one sunny weekend, she decided to take him to the local roller rink for his very first roller skating adventure.

Jisung was open to the idea, even if he had some reservations. He watched Y/N lace up her skates with a mix of excitement and apprehension. "I've never done this before, Y/N. Are you sure I won't embarrass myself?"

Y/N smiled reassuringly, her eyes filled with affection. "Don't worry, Jisung. I'll be there with you every step of the way. We'll have a blast."

They entered the roller rink, and the vibrant colors and pulsating music added to the excitement in the air. Y/N led Jisung to the rental counter, where they got him a pair of roller skates. With a bit of guidance, she helped him lace them up.

As they made their way to the rink, Jisung's heart raced with a mix of anticipation and nervousness. He had seen Y/N skate effortlessly, but the prospect of doing it himself was a different challenge altogether. He held onto the side rail as he stepped onto the rink, trying to steady himself.

Y/N, ever the encouraging partner, held his hand and offered a bright smile. "Just take it one step at a time, Jisung. You'll get the hang of it."

With Y/N's guidance, Jisung began to push off the side rail and shuffle forward. It was awkward at first, his legs wobbling as he struggled to maintain balance. His arms flailed in the air for balance, and he clenched Y/N's hand tightly.

Y/N chuckled, finding his determination endearing. "You're doing great, Jisung. Just keep going."

They moved slowly, Jisung inching his way around the rink, his movements still shaky. He concentrated on keeping his balance, trying to mimic Y/N's graceful gliding.

However, as they approached the center of the rink, things took a turn for the worse. Jisung lost his balance, his feet slipping out from under him. He crashed to the ground with a thud, his roller skates sliding away from him.

Y/N rushed to his side, concern in her eyes. "Jisung, are you okay?"

Jisung winced as he sat up, rubbing his sore behind. "I think so. That was not how I imagined my first time roller skating."

Y/N offered a warm smile and helped him to his feet. "Don't worry, everyone falls at first. It's all part of the learning process."

Jisung tried to shake off his embarrassment, but it wasn't easy. He had hoped to impress Y/N, but instead, he had ended up on the ground. "I feel like a complete klutz."

Y/N's eyes softened, and she placed a hand on his cheek. "You're not a klutz, Jisung. Roller skating can be tricky at first, but you'll get better with practice. Besides, I'm here to help you."

With renewed determination, Jisung got back on his feet and returned to the rink, holding onto Y/N's hand once more. This time, he was a bit more cautious, taking smaller strides and focusing on his balance.

Y/N offered guidance, teaching him to shift his weight, control his speed, and make smooth turns. She was patient and encouraging, her reassuring presence giving Jisung the confidence to keep going.

As they continued to skate, Jisung's movements became more fluid, and he started to enjoy the sensation of gliding on wheels. The laughter that had once been filled with embarrassment was replaced by genuine joy.

The hours slipped away as they skated together, their bond growing stronger with each lap around the rink. Y/N was right by Jisung's side, offering guidance and support every step of the way.

As the sun began to set, they took a break by the edge of the rink. Jisung had a contented smile on his face, the initial frustration of his falls a distant memory. "Y/N, thank you for being so patient with me. I never thought roller skating could be this fun."

Y/N beamed at him, her heart swelling with affection. "I'm glad you had a good time, Jisung. You did great, especially considering it was your first time."

Jisung's eyes sparkled as he looked at her. "It was all thanks to you. You made it so much fun."

As they packed up their roller skates, Jisung held Y/N close and gave her a sweet kiss. "Next time, I want to get even better and maybe even keep up with you."

Y/N laughed and kissed him back. "I have no doubt you will, Jisung. But remember, I'll always be here to catch you if you fall."
