Princess Sappherina and Prince Anthony would meet up every week at night. Anthony would bring princess Sappherina roses and violets every time he saw her and Sappherina would bring flower crowns she made for him the next night.
One night, princess Sappherina sat by Prince Anthony and sighed. "What's wrong?" Asked Prince Anthony. "Oh, It's just that I worry for mother.. I've heard the guards talking about my mother being.. beheaded." Princess Sappherina responded. Anthony knew she was about to break down so he went and plucked some flowers and narrow sticks nearby.
"Well, since you've been a bit down every now and then.." he smiled. "I've been learning how to make jewellery with nature, not exact jewellery you know?" Prince Anthony chuckled as he also took some leaves and slowly starting tying the flowers and leaves together. Sappherina observed what Prince Anthony was doing and slightly chuckled as he put the necklace he made around her neck .
"Oh, Prince Anthony.." She smiled. "Thank you.." She said as she held his hands. "Thank you for everything." Prince Anthony smiled back and nodded.
The same meeting went on everyday until one night, Sappherina was waiting for Prince Anthony when, Prince Ethan came over on his horse. He got down and looked disappointed. "This is outrageous." Princess Sappherina was stunned when he spoke. "Prince Ethan.. It's not-"
"Your father, King Lewis, told me to pick you up here from this atrocious refuge and you are here at this.. hideous lake." "It's not hideous Prince Ethan!" Yelled Princess Sappherina.
"AND THAT'S BESIDE THE POINT." Yelled back Prince Ethan. "I came here, to drop you off at MY kingdom, kingdom Caesira, and here you are. I've expected you to be at the royal retreat, not this filthy refuge!" Said Prince Ethan.
Suddenly, Prince Anthony came. "What's going on?.." "Who the hell is this Princess Sappherina?!" Yelled Prince Ethan.
"Oh no no no, dont you dare yell at her!" Fought back Prince Anthony. "This is outrageous! You chit! Have you been hanging out with him?!"
"Don't you dare call princess Sappherina a chit! Who the hell do you think you are?!" "Her fiancé." Smirked Prince Ethan. Princess Sappherina was shook.
"My what?! Prince Ethan, I've never met you, only knew about you!" "Oh Princess Sappherina, every one knows how much you like ME." Yelled Prince Ethan.
"That does not mean you should announce an engagement without consent from both parties!" Said Princess Sappherina. "Oh really?" Smirked Prince Ethan. He then held out a royal letter written by King Lewis stating that he allows permission for Prince Ethan to marry Prince Sappherina when at a legitimate age. "This is outrageous!" Yelled Prince Anthony.
"You have no part in this!" Yelled back Prince Ethan as he forcefully tried to drag away Princess Sappherina by her arm to his horse, "No!" Protested princess Sappherina. "Excuse me?" "You heard it Prince Ethan, a no is a no!" Said princess Sappherina.
"Respect a ladies orders!" "You cannot say anything in this dear," Just then, Prince Anthony stepped in at grabbed Princess Sappherina's arm from Prince Ethan.
"Fine, whatever, you renegade.. consider it." Said Prince Ethan walking away outraged. "Pesky woman.. she wanted protection and now she's dismissing it. During war! Rubbish.." he whispered to himself.
"Princess Sappherina, are you alright?!" Asked Prince Anthony worried. "I'm fine.." She smiled. Prince Anthony smiled back too as he looked around and said, "Princess Sappherina?" "Yes?" Answered Sappherina.
