The Potter twins were 2001 Harry is the wrong child who lived, instead his sister Emerald is the Girl who Lived.
Emerald was neglected by the Potter's and when she was about 10 she'd had enough and it seems so had her parents, Lily and James sent her (while Harry was on school holidays to a 'boarding school' where she's adopted by Natasha Romanoff)
When Emerald and Harry turned 11 they attended Hogwarts.
When Emerald is 12 her parents start arranging her marriage to Justin Flinch-Fletchley (I honestly don't care if that's how his name is spelt.)
Emerald argues against it and then runs away, where the training Black Widow is picked up by HYDRA and experimented on with the Maximoff twins.
Emerald has the same powers as Wanda but violet, Emerald also has a sibling bond with Wanda and Pietro.
Emerald (after escaping) is adopted officially by Natasha Romanoff and Clint Barton (who already have a daughter)
Pairing: Emerald Romanoff x Peter Parker.
Everyone will be from before Infinity War meaning Emerald and Natasha have blonde hair.
This will start at Age of Ultron for plot reasons (and that it doesn't make sense to have her in the first Avengers movie, cause she's still HYDRA), that and Emerald will appear in the spiderman movies with Ned and Peter.
