A young boy, 15, is abandoned at an orphanage. It is there he remains, an outlier due to his... curious accent, until one fateful day, on his 19th birthday, when his fate turns...
Adopted by Gorou and Miki Hyoudou, this boy becomes a step-brother to...
Yesterday's success proved a point that Prometheus themselves had been waiting for. That the supernatural can't stand up to the might of this new humanity.
Y/N proved his worth, not just to the Doctor and the Foundation, but to the rest of Task Force Zeta. Erik and the rest of the unit congratulated him upon his return. Many drinks, songs, and stories were told that night.
Today, though, we find Y/N back in his room. Regardless of his success, the battle damage he sustained could not be ignored. Dr. Krauser would make sure that it would be amended.
Y/N had been deactivated temporarily for maintenance and repair. Work that Krauser himself was doing. Spirit, for her part, watched the Doctor repair her companion.
Dr. Krauser: (You did good yesterday, Y/N... I'm proud of you.)
Spirit smiled. In her tiny AI form, she appeared on the workbench next to the Doctor.
Spirit: "So... how bad is the damage?"
Dr. Krauser: "Well. A light spear to the shoulder and multiple lacerations aren't something to slouch at, but Y/N will be fine. Rest certain of that."
Spirit: "Awesome..." Spirit smiled and sat down on the edge of the workbench.
Krauser continued away at his work. He decided now was the time to finish Y/N's armament package. Granted, Y/N was already a walking army, but with this next weapon? He'd be the equivalent of a walking Hydrogen Bomb.
Spirit: "Wait... you're actually giving that to him...?"
Dr. Krauser: "That was always my intention, yes."
Spirit: "O-Oh..." She looked down quite nervous.
Dr. Krauser: "Is something the matter?"
Spirit: "W-Well... it's just... that gun can tear a hole through a mountain. Actually... at full charge, it could probably level the Himalayas... you're certain it's a wise choice to do this?"
Krauser nodded. With a reluctant nod herself, Spirit took a deep breath and brought up her control console. Tapping a few buttons, causing a mechanical claw arm to descend, in its grasp, the weapon Krauser designed but Spirit feared.
