The sight that greeted Alyssa when she got to Jeremih's house was not what she had been expecting at all. There was a gorgeous girl with luscious ginger hair, long legs and coffee colored skin standing in the middle of the living room. At the sound of the door opening the girl turned to Alyssa with a lethal expression on her face. After staring at each other for what felt like ages, the girl finally asked, "Who are you?"
"Who are you?" Alyssa asked back, not sure if telling this scary girl her name would be a good idea.
"Raquel, Jeremih's fiancée," she finally said with a smug expression. Raquel had been engaged to Jeremih for almost one year and had come to California so they could celebrate their anniversary together. He knew she was coming yet he hadn't bothered to pick her up at the airport or even call after her arrival.
"F-Fiancée?" Alyssa sputtered out, she couldn't believe that Jeremih was actually engaged he didn't really seem like somebody that could be held down by a woman. She realized how bad it must look to Raquel to see another woman in her fiancé's house and quickly tried to explain the situation that she was in.
Raquel didn't even bother to listen before walking calmly to Alyssa, slapping her smack on the cheek and then proceeding to spread the contents of Alyssa's suitcase on the ground. "I want you out of the house by the time Jeremih gets home," she said before strutting out of the house as if she were a runway model.
"I can't believe this!" Alyssa shouted over and over again clutching her now red cheek in pain. Who did that girl think she was? 'She had no absolutely no right to do that to me, I mean if she had at least given me the chance to explain myself she would of understood,' Alyssa thought in a state of shock and annoyance. She angrily packed up her stuff and waited for Jeremih to get back home so she could give him his key and get the hell out of there.

When Jeremih arrived home what he saw was not what he had been expecting in the least. He had found Alyssa sitting on the floor in a puddle of tears while rubbing her cheek which was bright red. The sight was so disheartening that Jeremih had to physically stop himself from rushing to her side. "What happened to you?" Jeremih asked once he could control his feelings.
"Nothing," Alyssa said while wiping the tears from her eyes, "Could you please just check if I've gotten a reply on Twitter."
Jeremih already knew that she had gotten a reply from Alexander, her friend, but he wasn't going to tell her that yet. He wanted to spend some more time with her before she left so he lied and told her that there were no replies.
Alyssa had no idea what to do now, she wanted to leave Jeremih's house but she hadn't heard from Alexander yet and she still didn't have her passport. Alyssa had been so caught up in her own thoughts that she barely noticed Jeremih throw his phone angrily on the couch after receiving a phone. She had no idea what had suddenly caused Jeremih's mood to change and could only watched him as he stormed up the steps to his room.
He came back downstairs about five minutes later dressed up in a suit and looked extremely fine in it. He was just about to storm out of the house when he noticed Everett coming in from the back entrance. He sighed in annoyance and tried to get Everett to leave but he insisted on staying with Alyssa whiles Jeremih went out.
Alyssa looked up a Jeremih with pleading eyes, mouthing 'Help' since she didn't want to stay in a house alone with the possible drug addict. Jeremih noticed her expression and reluctantly asked her if she wanted to go with him.Just as Jeremih and Alyssa had left, Raquel arrived back at the house knowing that Jeremih would be back home from school by then. She cried out in frustration when she noticed that Jeremih had ignored the note she left in his room asking for them to meet up later. She didn't understand why he kept on ignoring her and it was really making her sick and tired.
She sat down on the couch to think about what to do when she felt something digging into her thigh. She stood up and found a phone laying on the couch, she wasn't sure if it was for Jeremih or for that fiancée snatcher but she intended to find out.
Luckily for her, there was no password on the phone so she scrolled through all of the photos, contacts and messages. She deduced that the phone was for Jeremih but the Twitter account was for that girl, Alicia? She noticed a message on her wall from some body called thehackerboyharvey that read, 'You're in California? So am I! Call me ASAP! My number is 024-427-5829.'

California really was a very beautiful state, everything about is was just so intriguing. The scenery was breathtaking, the wildlife was amazing, the people were nice, their clothes were even nicer and there were so many interesting things to do. Some people felt that they could stare at everything all day without getting tired but Alyssa did...
She and Jeremih had been on the road for about an hour and a half without talking and she was bored out of her mind. She was so tired of sitting in this car doing nothing without even knowing how much longer the ride would be. The thing only left for her to do was wonder about whether or not Jeremih was bipolar because of his hot and cold attitude.
Jeremih could be cute and charming one minute and then gloomy and angry the next and she really didn't understand why. But then again she really didn't know anything about the guy that she was sitting next to. She didn't even know who his parents were or whether or not he had a criminal record.
There was so much that she didn't know about this guy yet she had completely put her trust in him. It might have been stupid of her to do but at least so far it seems like she made the right decision. He had been good to her and never taken advantage of her and for that she was extremely grateful. "Jeremih," she whispered to his surprise, "thank you for everything."
Although Jeremih didn't say anything in reply, he smiled quietly to himself. He had been in such a bad mood just a moment before but that five words that she had spoken had lightened his heart immensely. He didn't know what it was about this girl but she sure did have a talent of making him smile.
About an hour after this exchange, Jeremih finally drove up to a ranch. Even from inside the car, Alyssa could hear loud music playing which gave her the idea that a party was going on. "I'm going in so can you walk around a bit, I'll be back out in a second," Jeremih said before parking the car.He walked up to the entrance of the party and looked around until his gaze fell on the person that he had gone there to see.
The man that he found himself staring at was tall with a good build, had wonderfully tanned skin and sparkling green eyes. He was busily engaging in a conversation with two other businessmen and expertly flattering them into an investment deal. Anybody could see, even from a distance, how good he was at getting what he wanted when he wanted. This man was the CEO of the billion-dollar corporation Empire Group Ltd, William Pope.
"Do you know who that is, William?" one of the businessmen asked pointing at the entrance of the room.
"He kind of looks like you," the other noted thoughtfully.
William turned around to see who the person in question was and then froze in place. The person he had least expected to see that day was standing right there in front of him and he no longer knew what to do. He wasn't even completely sure if that was the person he had dreaded seeing or not since he was rather far away from the person. But even as William stood there trying to deny the fact that Jeremih was the person standing just a few feet away from him he knew it was the truth.
