It's been a few days since Kano Shuuya brought you to the Mekakushi Dan. You didn't exactly know what to expect but what you saw surprised you. There was Kido, the leader, Seto, the frog, Mary, the snake haired girl, Momo, the idol, Ene, the cybergirl, Shintaro, the NEET, Hibiya, the attitude boy, Konoha, the never full albino, and finally Kano, the flirting liar. What was even stranger is that instead of acting like a gang, they acted like a family.

"Ohayo [Y/N]-chan~!" Kano whispers in your ear after you walk out of your room.

"K-Kano! Why do you always need to get so close to me?" You huff, moving away. He pouts.

"Because I'm in love with you~!" You roll your eyes at his response. What a flirt. Without replying, you go into the kitchen to help Kido make breakfast.

"Thank you [Y/N]. And I'm sorry about the little rat Kano. He can never seem to get the hint." She sighs. You wave her off with a smile.

"It's okay. I'm getting used to him." She smiles back at you and serves the pancakes. "Breakfast!" Kido calls out, causing everyone to come to the table.

"Kido! I need more ribbon." Mary says softly.

"Oh that reminds me, leader, I need my new idol outfit picked up."

A bunch of requests start coming at Kido and she sighs. "I'm busy today. Kano, [Y/N], can you do all of these things? I'll write them down for you."

"But leader-" Kano gets punched in the stomach. "Okay okay! We'll go, right [Y/N]?"

You hesitate before nodding.

"You aren't helping at all Kano!" You exclaim as the blonde haired boy walks beside you, hands behind his head.

"My hands are so full though!" His image changes to him holding a mound of bags. "See?" You push the bags into his chest.

"I said carry them." An angry mark appears and he backs down.

"I will I will~!" He laughs, acting as if nothing happened. That's the thing that you hate about Kano; you never know if he's serious or not? But because of that, you've fallen in love with is mysterious aura. If only you can pull back those layers and see who Kano really is.

"Earth to [Y/N]?" A hand waves in front of you and you snap out of your thoughts.

"O-oh. Sorry! I was just thinking about something." You laugh.

"Was it about me~?" He gives a little grin, making you blush. It was actually about him... You continue to walk and you notice Kano stealing glances at you. You try not to be bothered by it but after ten more minutes of it, you snap.

"Why are you staring at me Kano?" You bark and his eyes widen.

"I-I didn't know you could see it." He mutters, glancing away. Was he using his powers? Then how could you see it? "Sorry. I'll stop." The whole rest of the day, he doesn't look at you once. And that annoyed you even more.

By the time you got to the Dan, you were flustered, anger, and annoyed, all mixed into one body. No one was back home, making you groan. Why aren't they back yet? Setting down each item in the correct room, you go to the main area where Kano was watching TV. Sitting down beside him, your stomach starts being filled with nervous butterflies.

"Maybe that's your power. Being able to stop lies." Kano finally says. You already knew how you died; it was an accident. You were walking with your high school friend when some construction men accidentally let go of a beam they were holding, crushing you and your friend. So many people would exclaim how gorgeous you were or how your grades were amazing. But it wasn't true. They only said those things because you were rich. You just wanted to hear the truth... that's all you wanted. And you suppose that's what happened. It came true but now you've fallen in love with the world's greatest liar. But has he really been lying this whole time or were you able to see through it?

"I think it may be." You say in agreement, not knowing what else to say. Suddenly Kano gets close to your face.

"We're going to have a test then. Tell me what I am actually doing or saying." You nod, blushing a little before he changes his image.

"Hey [Y/N], I really like your hair~!" The image says but Kano was really saying, "I'm hungry."

"Lie. You were telling me how hungry you were." He nods.

"[Y/N]-chan, you're so kawaii~" The image and Kano both say.

"Truth. You called me cute." Your blush turned even more red.

"[Y/N], I love you." Both of the Kanos say.

"Truth. You told me you love me." You glance down. Kano raises your head up with his finger under your chin.

"Look at me. I just shared my feelings so I deserve to be looked at." He says quietly. You look him in the eyes to see the color normal, not red. "I really do love you [Y/N]." With that said, he places a soft kiss on your lips.
