*Vic's POV*

I come back with the blanket and I see Kellin had his face shoved into the pillow.

I chuckle and place it on him. Soon, A soft snore comes from the unmoving boy. He must have fallen asleep.

Poor Kellin. He's too young to be going through all this. First having a kid, and second losing your wife? How could this get any worse? Wait, don't answer that.

I sigh and sit down on the floor by his feet and close my eyes. I don't care if he's asleep, I enjoy spending time with him.

I see Kellin stir from his sleep from the corner of my eye. I set my coffee on the counter and walk over to the couch.

He rubs his eyes. "How long was I out?"

I glance down at my phone. "Almost three hours."

Kellin sits up and pats the newly free space beside him. I happily take it.

"What do you want to do now?" I ask.

You could practically see him racking his mind for ideas. "Can we have one of those cheesy days were we eat chocolate, ice cream and watch horrible girly movies? Maybe that'll cheer me up."

I laugh. "I thought only girls do that."

He shrugs. "If it works for them, why not me?"

I sigh. "Fine, I think we some stuff in our bus. I'll be right back Kells."

His face drops. "Don't worry, I'll be back as fast as possible alright?"I reassure him.

I get a simple "Kay"

I wave to him and run out as fast as I could.

I reach my bus and yank open the door. Probably a little too fast, because it swung back and hit me in the back, knocking me to the ground.

"Ouff!"

Mike comes out of the bus. "You alright Vic?" I take his hand and he pulls me up.

"Ya, I think so."

"What are you doing back?" He asks when we get inside.

"I just need to get some stuff, I'm heading right back though."

I rummage through the fridge and find a little tub of ice cream. After that I open the bottom drawer of the counter and take out my hidden chocolate stash.

"Ha! I knew you were hiding something from me!" Jaime yells from behind me.

I turn around. "A mans gotta have a chocolate stash."

I grab everything and start walking towards the door. "Awe, does little Vicky have a date with Kellin?" Jaime coos.

I flip him off, quickly running back out after yelling an angry "No!"

"I'm back!" I sing.

Kellin walks out of the bathroom. "I got a Movie."

I hold up the Ice cream and chocolate. "I got the food."

He throws me a DVD. I look at it in surprise. "Mean girls? Are you serious?"

"I said we were going to watch horrible girly movies. This is what you get." Kellin responds.

"Where did you get this anyway?" I ask suddenly curious.

"Justin's suitcase." He shrugs.

Hehe. I've got new teasing material now.

I put it in the DVD player and press play. Kellin spreads out on the couch.

I look around. "There's no where to sit." I complain.

"Shut up and come sit with me." Kellin orders sternly.

I bite my lip.

He scoots over just enough so we could both fit. Or bodies squished comfortably together. I like this.

Don't get used to it. I repeat, do not get used to it Vic, you only like him as a friend. A FRIEND nothing more.

I push the thoughts to the back of my mind and try to focus on the movie.

"You alright Vic?" Kellin asks me worriedly.

"Uh, ya. Just thinking."

"Don't do too much of that, it'll kill you from the inside out." He warns.

"It already is." I mumble inaudibly as he goes back to watching the movie.

After a couple more minutes of conflicting thoughts I come to a conclusion.

Alright. Your'e here to comfort Kellin. Nothing else. Just comforting.

I sigh. Okay, I can do that.

"Are YOU alright?" I ask. He looks over at me in surprise.

"If you want my honest opinion than-" He hesitates. "-No. I'm not okay. And that's when he completely breaks down once again, Tears stream down his soft pale face.

I wrap my arms around him and he rests his head on my chest. Sobbing his eyes out. My heart clenches to see him in pain.

I lift one arm up and stroke his soft, dark locks of hair. Oh my god. Stop checking him out. You are not gay. Completely straight.

That's when I hear Kellin's phone going off.

"Would you like me to answer it?" I whisper in his ear. He barely nods his head.

I take it as a yes, carefully stretching my arm as far as it could go. I successfully grasp the phone from the table and press answer.

"Hello?" I ask.

"Is Kellin there?" A guy asks. I recognize that voice...Oh ya! The doctor from the hospital.

"Ya, one sec."

I lean down and whisper in his ear. "That doctor wants to talk to you." He lifts his head up cautiously and takes a deep breath. I hand him the phone.

Kellin places it against his ear and stays silent besides the occasional "ya"

"Bye." He whispers, pressing end and gently placing it into my hand. I stretch out once again and set it on the table.

I brush the hair out of his face. "What happened?" I ask, already knowing the dreaded answer.

"She....she....died." Kellin whispers in disbelief. His eyes were completely glazed over and emotionless.

I pull him closer and hold him tight. "It'll be alright." I say stroking his back. "I know what it's like to lose someone you love."

He sits put abruptly, suddenly furious. "No. It's not going to be alright Vic!" He yells at me. "You know why?" I just stare at him in shock, I've never saw him angry before. "Because you don't know anything! Stop assuming things and open your eyes!

Tears fall from his eyes. "Go Vic. Just Go!"
