"I want all of your attention as I have something to say" It was the day after tomorrow and when you and your husband went to bed together… alone with no prying eyes nor eyes, he told you that you two were getting a kid, no discussion. He was trying to trap you with a child. Fucking disgusting.

"As you know… my husband and I… were thinking of getting a child but then I found out something recently" All of your family members were gathered around the dinner table. Absolutely everyone. As you had planned.

"My dear husband, cheating on me and to make it even better" You slide your lab test results for everyone to see onto the dinner table. Everything froze around you, your husband's glare at you was a burning fire but your wrath was burning even brighter than the fire of the pits of hell themselves. "I want a divorce" You said that to him with the most satisfied grin you could muster as he gaped at you in utter disbelief. "You bit-!" He tried to yell at you and slap you but one of your parents interrupted him instantly by grabbing his wrist.

"WHAT WERE YOU ABOUT TO DO TO Y/N?" Your parent shouted, pointing their finger at him. Oh he was in so much trouble now. He was now on your home terf unwittingly. "Oh! You see- uh oh!" You laughed inside your mind as a wave of utter pleasure and joy went straight to your heart at seeing your husband so powerless. The excuse of you liking it rough wouldn't hold up anymore.

The ride home would definitely be interesting, heh.

After that spectacle, you got your wish of divorce, you had already sent out the papers as your family had forced your husband to sign them! Your friends accepted you with open arms into their home and you were now packing your things… that's when you spotted a key in your pants pocket as you were organizing clothes into a box. Right, the door key. Papyrus. The only thing left to tether you to this place.

You think it was time to say goodbye… you didn't want to play the game of cat and mouse anymore. Though he thought you were completely clueless of the game he was playing with you. You had enjoyed your time with him, you truly did but you also knew all of his sweet gestures were all but lies to get your Soul. You had needed sweet lies to keep yourself from going completely insane and Papyrus had provided you with a world and a friend but now… well, you didn't want to string him along anymore.

You didn't know if eating Souls were for survival or not… but you were really considering giving half of yours so he didn't go empty handed for his effort. You could go with half a Soul right? It would just be a bit odd at first then you would get used to things and forget you even had a Soul in the first place. Right? Surely. You took the key out of the pocket… you should give him the bad news.

You crawled through the tunnel, you had the key with you… just in case you somehow needed it. You had remembered he told you the door got stuck easily the first time you met him. Stuck… or locked? It would explain why you couldn't open it right after you crawled through. If he hadn't let you go right then and there… you would have been stuck, powerless to do anything about it, utterly at his mercy.

You realize now how badly you had played with something you shouldn't… but you had been desperate for something to sweep you away from your world for just a second. This was your last time you were going to play with fire, it was a miracle you hadn't got burned yet. You plopped out like usual and like always… This floor was amazing but enough of that. You got up and walked out of the storage closet, abruptly walking into something sturdy… what? Had you walked into a wall!? You Took a step back and looked up to see… oh! Papyrus!
