It was now summer, your garden had sprouted a few flowers and you had planted some Cosmoses but they were still growing... you wanted to surprise Papyrus with them if you successfully made them bloom! A sudden sensation of something crawling on you caught your attention as you were watering the flowers.

"Hey Scamp! You came for cheese today too?" It squeaked in reply while sitting comfortably on your shoulder... you didn't know if it could understand you but it probably could since it came from that other world. Your husband wasn't coming home for a few hours... you put the watering can down and walked inside your house to find some cheese for your new friend Scamp. The little mouse kept scurrying inside your house and you kept catching it and putting it outside... but it always managed to squeeze itself in somehow so you stopped and let it be.

Your husband luckily never found out you were letting it live in your house. You opened the fridge and as always tore off a little piece of cheese, giving it to the mouse on your shoulder. It squeaked happily and took the cheese with its tiny hands as you heard noises of chomping. Well since all of your flowers had been tended to and your backyard's grass was mowed... you could take a relaxing bath!

You walked into the bathroom and turned on the bathtub faucet, you made sure the water wasn't too cold or too hot. You put the little Scamp on the bathroom counter, you had let the door be ajar in case it wanted to skitter off. You undressed and put your dirty clothes into the hamper before dipping your toes into the water... then your body. You let out a content sigh... life was more bearable with Papyrus around but you knew... you knew he only gave you his time because there was something he wanted. You didn't know what. Your love? No, ...affection? No, why would he even want that from you. He was definitely not as innocent as he showed himself to be but... you enjoyed his company. You could play the role of a blissfully ignorant human while he acted like a selfless friend.

You stopped thinking about it and lathered yourself with soap, you were careful of the newly formed bruises as they still hurt. You rinsed yourself off. All of a sudden, the little mouse jumped onto your leg, specifically your knee that was above the water level. "Do you want a scrub too?" You asked and they squeaked quite loudly... but they didn't hop off your knee so you took that as a yes. You chuckled, what a demanding little mouse.

"Alright, I'll be gentle" You reassured as you put some shampoo on your finger and then carefully rubbed it into the mouse's fur as you made sure not to put too much pressure down. It even looked like it enjoyed it. You then carefully rinsed it off with water... you did the same process with conditioner as this mouse was going to be the most shiny of them all!

After that you put Scamp in one of your hand while the other supported you while you got up from the tub. You got out and put the mouse in the same spot as last time before you gently rubbed it with a towel that was way too big for just a tiny little mouse. When you were done... it was oh so poofy! Double its size because of the fluffy fur. "You look so pretty!" You complimented and it gave you a few spins, you could imagine the little sparkles going off.

It then gave you a squeak and a wave... with their tiny hand before climbing down and scampering off to somewhere. Wait, did it just wave goodbye to you...?

"AH! THERE YOU ARE! NOW-...?" Papyrus had sent out his little helper as he couldn't go to your world, if he could, he wouldn't need to lure humans to his. This time, instead of sending it to lure, he sent it to learn about what you might like. He didn't want the honey wine situation to happen again. It had arrived into the kitchen where he was and plopped itself on top of the counter.

"WHY IS YOUR FUR SO FLUFFY?" He doesn't remember his mouse being this big... what had happened to it? It squeaked a reply. "THE HUMAN GAVE YOU... A BATH? BUT YOU'RE A MOUSE! HUMANS DON-" Why would you give a common mouse a bath!? You were so odd and weird! He was afraid he might never ever figure you out. "THEY GIVE YOU CHEESE DAILY!?" And you fed it... of course you did.
