"this is your room" Colby says coldly. "you are to live a quiet life here, understood?" i nod entering my room "good." he closes my door leaving me in my dark room. at least we're getting money from this marriage. i hear footsteps coming back to my room "i expect dinner to be ready when i get home from a meeting." i nod "yes sir" he nods to himself before leaving again. I get up and i finish unpacking my essentials, my other things can stay in my suitcase for now
--3 hours later--
dinners done finally. i hear the door unlock and Colby comes into the kitchen "dinners ready?" i nod "good boy, bring it to the table and don't forget my White Claw" he orders as he sits at the table. "here you go sir.. ill be going to my room now" i say turning around "your eating too" i stop "o-o sir that's okay! i-I'm not very hungry" that was a lie.. "sit Sam." "y-yes sir" i sit down as I'm told to "well? eat" somehow i already have a plate of food infront of me.
--30 minutes later--
i finish doing the dishes and i head up to my room, cant believe I'm married to a billionaire now.. hes kinda hot if I'm being honest, no Sam! he treats you like shit! at this point its around 11pm and I'm tired, i get into bed and i pull the covers over my head. slowly drifting off to sleep.

im working in my office and i guess i should check up on my husband. i walk out of my office and down the hall.. his lights off? i creak open the door carefully and i see him asleep, "sleep well my husband" i say closing the door and walking to my room, damn it got late, i got so caught up in work that i guess i forgot about time.. I'm not gonna lie Sam is extremely hot in my eyes, i still don't know why he lied about not being hungry though. anyways, im tired
--morning--
i wake up slowly smelling bacon, i get out of bed before heading downstairs "Sam?" "hm? oh hey sir!" he replies flipping bacon "we have somewhere to go today" i say walking over to him "together?" he says sounding surprised, i nod. "okay sir! go take a seat and I'll have breakfast ready soon" i smile "thanks Sam" i say siting down, a few minutes later I'm brought bacon and eggs "thank you" i say again, he nods and walking back to the kitchen to clean up.
--after work--
i walk through the door and im greeted "welcome back sir" he says taking off my coat "we have to go somewhere in thirty minutes be ready by then. and dress well"
--30 minutes later--

i get dressed in my best clothes before heading downstairs "we're going to a party for my work. at this party we WILL act like the marriage when amazing. understood?" i nod slowly while getting my vans on.
at the party
" Colby you made it!" a girl says running up to him, "hey colleen" Colby says smiling down at her, " ah! Colby who is this?" she asks looking at me "this is my husband, you doing okay my love?" he asks me "yes dear" he takes my hand and holds it "nice to meet you Sam!" she holds her hand out for me to shake, i shake her hand and we go sit at a table, "ah! Mr.Brock! lovely to see you here" a servant says to Colby "hello Margret, wonderful day isn't it?" she nods at him " the usual red wine?" "yes please" the servant walks away and comes back with a bottle of fancy red wine "want some darling?" he asks me "yes please?" I hand him my glass, he pours me a glass of wine.

we drive home and i lay back in the seat staring out the window, "you did good today Sam, from now on address me as dear. understood?" i nod "understood sir- dear" he smiles to himself. i look back out the window watching the trees go by, "were here" he says stopping the car in the driveway, he gets out hand opens my door, "come on" i undo my seatbelt before standing up, i get lightheaded and i almost fall "woah! Sam get inside right now" Colby says ready to catch me incase i do fall. i stumble out of the car before my vision goes blurry, and my legs go numb, i cant feel my hands anymore and i cant hear anything. suddenly everything goes black.

i watch as Sam stumbles out of the car, he stands there swaying side to side slowly "Sam come on" i hold my hand out. he leans to one side before falling, i manage to catch him though. "Sam?!" no response "Sam come on" i say now panicking. i put him back in the car before getting in on my side, "hang on Sam..." I'm going 60 on a 40 but i don't care. I'm not loosing my husband..
--3 hours later--
"dear?" i hear from in his hospital room "Sam!!" i say running into the room. "what happened?" he asks slurring his words "you passed out, the doctors say it was low blood sugar" he doesn't look shocked "o-oh" he looks down, Sam tries to stand up "hey hey hey! lay back down love" i say helping him lie back down "I'm fine" he says still slurring his words " no, your laying down" he whines as he lays back down on his hospital bed. "doctor says we have to stay another day" he laughs "bullshit." he tries to get up again. "its normal for me to pass out dear" i look at him concerned "that's not good hun" i say sitting on the edge of his bed "hun?" i nod "from now on I'm going to love you like a husband should, because truth be told i love you Sam" he smiles "I love you too dear"
