Dom and Karina have pick their Wrestlemania matches at least 3 weeks before the event. It was the about one week after the Royal Rumble. Dominik already had an idea of who to choose. He wanted to go against his dad, Rey Mysterio, for the United States championship. He could then become a double champ. Karina was still thinking. She could really only pick between Rhea or Iyo. But the only issue was, if she were to pick Iyo, that would mean both of the women's championships would be on Raw. So Rhea had an idea for this situation. Rhea would go to Triple H to ask about making some mid card women's titles. There were plenty of men's titles, but barely any women's.
It took about 1 month to design, and make a belt, so Rhea had time to ask.
Rhea flew to Stamford, CT for two days to talk to Triple H.
*knock knock*
"Hey Demi, I've been expecting you!" Said Hunter
"Yes, I've been waiting to talk to you" said Rhea
"So I've been hearing you had an idea to create more women's titles, is that correct?" Said Hunter
"Yes, there are only 3 titles for women, and we need more. The men have like 5 titles. Is there any way we could throw in one or two for the women? Like a Women's Intercontinental or another Divas title?" Rhea asked
"To be honest Rhea, we already have three new titles for the women, and I wanted to surprise you! There will be a breakout tournament for each title. There will be a Women's Intercontinental Championship, a new Diva's championship, and Women's United States Championship." Said Hunter
"Oh my goodness. This is absolutely amazing. I knew you'd support the idea, but I didn't think you'd already have the idea done!" Said Rhea excitedly
"And here's the best part, you will get to host each breakout tournament. They will run across both brands too, so you'll need to be on SmackDown too for at least 2 months. This will be just in time for Karina to pick her match for Wrestlemania. Also, each woman on the roster without a title, except for Karina, will be in this tournament." Said Hunter
"Thank you so much. You've really done a lot for me and the other NXT up comers for the past few years. It's been amazing getting to watch all of these amazing women fight for their way to the top, and now, to have even more title opportunities." Said Rhea
"So when will the titles be announced?" Rhea questioned
"Tomorrow, on Raw. Iyo will also be there. You two will announce them together. You came up from NXT together and are both now Women's Champions." Said Hunter
"This is amazing! Does anyone else know?" Rhea questioned
"Just the higher ups, you, and Iyo. And please keep it a secret. We want the women to be shocked when they find out" said Hunter
"Of course" said Rhea
That night, Rhea and Hunter flew to St. Louis, Missouri
She met up with the rest of the crew while Hunter did his business stuff.
"Hey Mami, I missed you!" Said Dom
"Yeah Rhea, we're glad you're back" said Finn
"I am too, tonight is going to be so exciting!" Said Rhea
"Wait, is there a surprise match planned?" Said Damian confused
"Nope, even better" said Rhea
"Then what is it?" Said Karina
"You'll just have to wait till later" said Rhea
Dom, Finn, Damian, and Karina walked off to a room. They were so confused on why Rhea was excited and why she wasn't telling them. Rhea tells them everything. Especially Dom.
"Mami, why aren't you telling us what is going on?" Dom questioned
"Because it's not Judgement Day business, and I'm not allowed to talk about it till later. I promise, it doesn't involve any one of you." Said Rhea
"Okay, Mami, I trust you" said Dom
"Thank you, I promise, you have nothing to worry about." Said Rhea while she reassured Dom
Triple H, Rhea, and Iyo walk into the ring. There is a table with 3 boxes over them being carried into the ring. Everyone was confused.
Triple H then called for the entire Raw Women's division to come out to the stage.
"Ladies, I know how hard you've worked to fight to the top of this division. And it's hard. You only have three title opportunities. So we decided to add three more. The Women's Intercontinental Championship, the Diva's Championship, and the Women's United States Championship." Said Hunter
"Yes, and here's even bigger news." Said Iyo
"There will be a breakout tournament on both shows to see who will hold these titles for the first time. I will run the Raw Women's Breakout Tournament." Said Rhea
"And I will run the Smackdown Women's Breakout Tournament." Said Iyo
"The first tournament will be for the Women's Intercontinental Championship. The finalists from each show will compete the following week to see who will be crowned the champion. After that, we will have the Diva's tournament, so on and so forth." Said Hunter
"By the time Wrestlemania matches are announced, the titles will be held by three lucky women who manage to prove themselves enough to show they are worthy to hold the titles." said Rhea
*2 hours later*
"So that makes perfect sense." Dom, Finn, Damian, and Karina all said to Rhea
"Yeahhh... Karina. I actually did this for you. Well, Triple H did it all before I could tell him about the idea. I know you were stuck on who to go against at Wrestlemania, so these titles make your life a lot easier." Said Rhea
"Thank you so much, I was really happy to know that I could go against someone else for a new title. This is going to be amazing." Said Karina
*2 month time jump*
It's now right before Wrestlemania.

Shotzi has the Women's United States Championship
