Karina chose to go up against Liv Morgan for the Diva's Championship. She had a good feud with Liv due to Liv and Rhea's issues. The whole storyline for that, was for Karina to take care of Liv and to keep her out of Rhea's sight.
Liv and Rhea were still friends outside of their characters. Even though Liv 4 Brutality had a major downfall.
But Karina was excited. Both Rhea and Liv helped Karina train. How funny, the champion was helping her opponent train.
"Damn, Karina, your muscle mass has doubled since the Royal Rumble." Said Rhea in a flirty tone
"Thanks to you and all of our extra "training" I've been able to get to your level." Said Karina
"Hey, take it easy" said Damian
"Okay guys. We have two big nights before Wrestlemania. Raw and Smackdown. Karina, you'll be attacking Liv tonight for a little fuel to the feud. Dom, you'll be on SmackDown getting at your dad." Said Rhea
"Damian, Finn, and I will be ring side for your matches, and I will be there for both of your entrances.
On Saturday morning, you'll do a walk through of your entrance to make sure everything works. Damian, and Finn, I'm sorry that y'all aren't on the card for Saturday, but you'll have a title match against Pretty Deadly on Sunday." Said Rhea
"I'm just glad I have a match at Wrestlemania this year." Said Damian
"Yeah, but Rhea, you aren't on the card." Said Finn
"I know, but my knee has been giving me issues lately, and I told Hunter that. He wants me to rest it as much as possible and go see a doctor. I've always had issues, but they've been getting worse." Said Rhea to the group .
"Oh shit Rhea, yeah, we gotta take care of that." Said Dom
Dom rarely called Rhea by her name. He always called her Mami. He only called her Rhea when he was extremely concerned about her.
*Raw*
"And Karina slides into the ring and kick to Liv Morgan in the face! Said Michael Cole
"That's what you can expect this Saturday at Wrestlemania Liv. You'll be looking up to me. Oh I can see it now. A belt, around my waist. Mami on my side. And Samantha Irvin saying the words, AND NEW." Said Karina
"We'll see about that Karina. When was the last time you fought without your Mami by your side? Oh right, never. I'll be retaining MY title at Wrestlemania. Buh bye bitch. *Mic Drops*" said Liv Morgan running out of the ring and to the back stage
"You did awesome out there mjia, you'll definitely be walking out as a champ!" Dom said to Karina followed by a wink and shoulder rub
"Yeah Karina, you're killing it, just like your aunt did. You're truly embodying Lita, and I'm so proud of your growth here." Rhea said to Karina as she pulls her in for a hug
"I'm so ready to win that title off of Liv. You'll be out there, right Rhea?" Karina asked
"Of course, I just can't do a whole lot because of my knee. I'll also have to wear slightly baggier pants to hide the brace I've been wearing till I see the doctor tomorrow. I'm honestly scared. It's been giving me issues, and I don't want to have surgery on it, because it'll put me out for months like it did Sonya, and she's just now coming back." Said Rhea
*The Next Day*
"Good Morning Demi, I'm Dr. Berry. So I just took a look at your MRI from the other day, and I'm sorry, but it looks like you tore your MPFL ligament in your left knee. Luckily, we have a spot for surgery next Thursday. Right after Wrestlemania, and if you work hard enough in PT, you'll be back in time for Survivor Series. So does Thursday sound good?"
"Oh shit. This can't be happening. I'll have to relinquish my title, I'll have to be written off..."
"Yes, it sounds great." Said Rhea
"Okay, I'll have my nurse in here shortly to schedule your surgery, have a nice day" said Dr. Berry
"You too." Said Rhea
Rhea's POV
My head is spinning. I'll have to give up my precious title. I won't be able to wrestle for at least 6 months. Why is this happening to me now. I just don't understand.
I'll have to call Triple H, Judgement Day.
They're going to be so mad at me.
Regular POV
Rhea calls Triple H first, letting him know the news
"I'm so sorry, but I tore my MPFL. I feel so bad. I didn't want this to happen." Said Rhea
"Do not feel sorry. This is completely out of your control Rhea, I promise, once you get back, we will have it in the works for you to get your title back in your hands. And we will keep you on TV. Just to do backstage segments. But after your surgery, you'll be in pain for a good two weeks, so I want you to rest and recover during that time. I'll also write Dom off of tv so he can help take care of you." Said Triple H
"Thank you so much. You've done so much for me since I came up in NXT. I don't know how I'll ever be able to repay you." Said Rhea
"No need to, your success is already amazing proof that you were needed here" said Triple H
Now it was time to call Damian, Dom, Finn, and Karina.
"Hey y'all. I have some bad news. I tore my MPFL in my left knee. I'll be out till Survivor Series or till I'm able to properly wrestle. Triple H told me I could still be on TV, but I could only do backstage segments. And Dom, he is writing you off TV for 2 weeks so you can help take care of me babe. I'll have to relinquish my title, but when I come back, I'll be given a title match to win it back." Said Rhea
"Damn Mami, I can't believe it's actually messed up. But I'll gladly be at your service mi amor." Said Dom
Damian, Finn, and Karina all were sad that Rhea had gotten injured.
Now here comes Wrestlemania Weekend.
Will Karina Win?
Will Dom Win?
Will Finn and Damian win?
Will Rhea have the courage to let her fans know about her injury?
