Rhea's POV
I woke up around 5am at the hotel to get an arm workout in. My surgeon's nurse called me the other day to give me details for my surgery. I can't do much jumping or running right now. But tonight I have to let the fans know about my injury. The sad part is, it has been slowly getting worse over time. I just wish it wouldn't have messed up. But now I have to relinquish my title. Triple H said it's either going to go to Zelina or Raquel. They'll have a match tomorrow to determine the winner. This just sucks. Everything. Right at the height of my career, everything takes a downturn. Next Thursday, everything will change. I'll need help doing absolutely everything. I just WISH I could go back to normal.
Dom's POV
With Rhea injured, they're giving me time off, but only two weeks. Triple H said I'll win the title off of my dad, but they will play it off like a vacation, according to Hunter. But I have a match tonight. I'm just glad I can do this for Mami. She deserved to have a match, but she'll have to announce her injury. We will all be out there with her. I'll be glad when she can come back into the ring. To do what she wants to do. Karina and Damian and Finn also have matches today. I hope Karina wins that title. It'll look so good on her. I know it will.
Regular POV
It's about 4 hours till call time for night 1 of Wrestlemania. Rhea and Dom talk to each other backstage. They talk about how much everything will change for them.
Rhea and Dom's Conversation
Babe, I'm so sorry that I'm having to make you get off of work because of my surgery. I didn't think my year would go like this. I just want to wrestle, to do what I do best.
Mami, do not apologize. You had no idea that this was going to happen. I promise, everything will work out, and you'll be in the ring by the end of the year. You're going to do fine, I promise Mami. And Karina has a match, so we will have some female gold In the group till you come back.
It's just, what if I don't recover fully. People suffer with issues from knee surgeries. Even years down the line.
Don't worry. I will be at all of your physical therapy sessions, I will make sure that you are 100% ready to start training again, and then slowly we can go to the PC and work on everything.
Thank you Dom, you're the best.
Well, Mami, I have a surprise planned for you later today.
Ohh really?

Dom had been waiting for this moment for the past few months now. He had kept the secret so well, not even Karina, Damian, or Finn knew.
As time passed, people started coming into the arena, the superstars were getting ready for the biggest weekend of the year, and the background music played.
Karina's POV
Tonight is the biggest night of my career. I'm going against Liv Morgan for the new Divas Championship. Rhea helped me prepare, but now she can't even wrestle. She's going to have knee surgery next week, and due to my schedule, I can't be there for her. Damian and Finn are letting me stay at their AirBNB till Rhea gets better so that she can have plenty of space, and also, because they are making us go on a European tour. It's about 4pm right now, and I have to get my makeup, hair, and gear ready.
Oh shit. It's time
My music started, I dropped everything, I walked out. Then Liv came out. She looked amazing. Her gear was always amazing. Oh. Oh my goodness. Do I like Liv? Calm down Karina, you're about to have a title match.

Rhea, Dom, Damian, and Finn run out to me. They congratulate me and pick me up.
Regular POV
"We are so proud of you Karina, but is it okay if I take the ring, I have something to say to someone important." Said Dom
"Of course, take it away Dom." Said Karina
"Mami, can you come over here please?" Said Dom
"Why of course my Latino Heat" said Rhea
"Mami, ever since I met you, I knew I had something for you. Even though our showmance, turned romance, has been short, it feels like it's been years. The best time of my life. Spending every day with you has been the greatest thing. You've made me a better person. You've helped me when I didn't know what to do. You've shown me what it is like to be in love." Said Dom
Rhea gasps as Dom gets on one knee and takes out a small box from his back pocket.
"Rhea, will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?" Dom asked
"Hell yeah baby." Said Rhea
Dom slides the ring on Rhea's finger, and Triple H comes out to congratulate them. But now it was time for Rhea to share her news.
"As you may have seen, I haven't been in the ring much lately. And it's because I am having knee surgery. I tore a ligament, and I will have to relinquish my title. But Triple H gave me the honor of choosing two people to fight over my title tomorrow night. I have chosen Raquel Rodriguez and Zelina Vega. As sad as this situation is, I will still be on tv, but I'll only be doing backstage segments. I love everyone here so much." Said Rhea as she was holding back her tears.
"It's okay Mami, the fans love you, and I do too." Said Dom.
"But now it's time for my match, I'll be fighting for you tonight Mami." Said Dom
"And I'll be RING side for you." Rhea said pointing to her engagement ring
Rhea's POV
What the hell just happened. I'm so excited. IM GETTING MARRIED TO DOM. WHAT.
I gotta text my mum, dad, Calista. Everyone. I gotta plan out everything. Oh goodness and the surgery, and. RHEA CALM DOWN. Everything will be fine.
Damian's POV
So tomorrow Finn and I have a match against Pretty Deadly. Easy win. But I'm nervous for Rhea. This isn't the first time her knee has fucked up. And Finn is worried for her too. I'm just hoping the surgery goes well.
Finn's POV
I could tell something was going on with Dom earlier. He was freaking out internally,'you could see it in his eyes mate. But I'm happy for him and Rhea. Thought I'm wondering if Karina is jealous about it?

Two words Rhea loved to hear. She was so excited that her fellow Judgement Day members had new gold on them. But she was sad that she didn't.
