Hey babe, do you know what time our flight is?

It's at 2am, so we better get going

Okay. I'm all packed up Dom. Do you have everything?

Yeah, I just checked the bathroom and I got the ice machine.

Awesome, I am so excited to head to New York City. To be on a talk show. Like that's crazy.

Regular POV
They get driven to the airport and go through TSA. They get on the plane 30 minutes later. Around 11am, they arrive in New York City. They call an Uber to bring them to their hotel. Even though their show wasn't until Wednesday, they still had a few days to look around the city. But they wanted to be discreet so that people wouldn't find out why they were there.

Dom, can we take a nap please?

Of course, Rhea. I'm tired as hell, and that red eye didn't help either

Can you grab me one of your hoodies, you know they are my favorite. And can we snuggle together. Now that my knee is starting to feel better, I can lay on my side again.

Oh hell yeah. I miss our cuddle time together.

The two snuggled together until they fell asleep. They didn't wake up until 9pm. They were also hungry. Around this time at night, there aren't many places open, besides Cane's. So Dom and Rhea walked to Cane's since it wasn't too far away. After they got their food, they walked back to the hotel and went to sleep. Since they got to New York on a Sunday, they still had a few days to spend in New York.

Good morning babe, I got you some breakfast from downstairs. I figured you'd want something to eat this morning before we went out anywhere

Oh thank you Dom. You didn't have to do that. Wait, Dom, what time is it?

It's 12:00pm

Oh shit, I wasted half the day sleeping, I'm sorry babe. I know you wanted to go places today

Don't worry Rhea, I have us a day planned out. We are leaving at 2:30 to go walk around the city. I also have a nice dinner planned for us. And we can watch the stars in Central Park later, if you're down for it.

Awesome, and we can even just stay in bed if you want to, tonight. I know your knee is still hurting, and I don't want you to feel like we have to go to all of these places if you don't want to, babe

I promise it'll be fine, Dom! I need to go out and move. It's been killing me that I couldn't do much for so long.

Dom helped Rhea get ready for the day. They laid in bed for a while and then headed outside of the hotel to find somewhere to grab a snack. They walked around for a while before dinner time.

Yeah?

I wanted to have a fancy dinner with you tonight. You've dealt with so much the past few months. You deserve a little mental break from everything. So I made us a reservation at Shuko.

But Dom, you don't eat Sushi

Well, I will for you. And I know how much you love it. So I planned this last night, and thankfully they had an opening. Not sure if it was because of my last name or what?

Rhea and Dom take an Uber to Shuko, a three Michelin Star restaurant in New York City. Rhea and Dom enjoyed their meals and went to an ice cream parlor a few blocks down. They eventually winded down in their hotel room. Cuddling and watching tv. They were so ready to get married, but they still didn't have a date , or a place to have the wedding.
