"Papa, why are we packing our things?..."
Pagsarado palang ng zipper ng aking bagahe ay agad akong lumingon sa gawi ni Papa.

He looked at me and i can see nervousness in his eyes. "I will tell the reasons behind of this but first, we should be more faster princess." He explained.

I sighed. Binuhat ko na lahat ng mga kailangan kong dalhin para sa biglaan naming paglipat, this is not the first time na lumipat kami, halos araw-arawin na namin pero di ko naman alam kung bakit.

"Papa, where are you going?." Nagtataka kong tanong ng akmang sasakay nako sa isang black SUV na pagmamay-ari ni Papa.

Lumingon siya at ngumiti saakin. "Don't worry princess, your kuya Gilbert will drive you safely to your new home." He said.

Nagtataka man pero kaagad narin akong sumakay dahil talagang nagmamadali na kami. Hindi ko alam at wala akong kaide-ideya kung anong nangyayari sa paligid pero medyo nararamdaman ko na parang may mali.

*TING*

Kaagad akong napatingin sa screen ng aking cellphone at nabasa ang pangalan ng Papa na nakasulat dito. He sent me a message.

My papa:
Just stay calm and don't worry about me Delilah my daughter, your Papa will just accompany something important. Just trust Gilbert, he will be your lead. Take care princess, Papa's always loves you...

I bit my lips while reading my Papa's message, something is wrong and i can already sense that. I turn off my phone and put it away from me, kahit na sabihin ni Papa na wag ako mag-alala sakaniya ay di ko parin maiwasang mag-alala.

"Kuya Gilbert, what's happening po ba?." I asked. Nakita kong napatingin siya sa front mirror ng sasakyan bago niya  ibinalik ang paningin sa pagmamaneho.
