Meerab going to call her nanajaan.Murtasim thinking about her niqab and said;

"Ghar mein kon aise muh chupake ghumta hai?Ise ghutan nahi hoti kya?"

Murtasim's paternal grandfather Jahangir Khan meets him and says;

"Tumne to mujhe heiran kar diya Murtasim.Pehle kyun nahi ittela di ki tum aane wale ho."

Murtasim hugs him and says;

"Jab bhi aap se baat hota hai aap kehte hai ke yaha aa jau sukoon milega.Socha aake dekhlu sukoon milta bhi ya nahi."

"To tum apni be sukuni ke wajah se yaha aaye ho apni dada se milne nahi."

Murtasim said;

"Aise koi baat nahi wahid maksad yaha aane ka aap se milna tha."

"Mein to Mazak kar raha tha.Tum fresh ho jau ekhatte chai piyenge.Aau Mein tumhe tumhara kamra dikhata hu."

Murtasim entered his room.He removed the curtain and looked at the view from the window and said;

"Sukoon ke talash mein yaha aaya hu dekhta hu sukoon milta bhi ya nahi.Pehle jhijhak raha tha yaha aane se pehle ke jake hi dadajaan apni nasihat leke beith jayenge yeh maat karo woh mat karo.Namaz paro masjid mein jau.Lekin pata nahi kyun ghar mein ghuste hi ek ajeeb sa khushbo mehmos hua.Jis mein sukoon tha aur man mein jo dar beith gaya tha woh khatam hone laga."

Uttering the word of "dar" he called how he gets scared in the night because of nightmares.

Murtasim was sleeping at that night after taking sleeping pills.Because he didn't get enough sleep at the night and doctors suggest him to take medicine.

At the midnight,he saw some snakes chased him.He running so hard but all of sudden many big snakes surrounded from all sides.He didn't know how to escape from this situation.Suddenly some lightning hit his face and automatically a path discovered.He walked through the path and heard;

"Hayya Alal Falah-[meaning come to the success]"

His sleep broke off and he was sweated by fear.He checked the clock and it was 3 am at night.He comes out from the room and drank the water.His helping hand Gaffar was awake that time and he was praying night Salah.He looked at Murtasim and asked;

"Sir aap thik hai?"

He nodded his hand.Gaffer again asked;

"Bura khwab dekha hai kya Sir?"

He looked at him but didn't answer.

"Namaz parle sukoon milega."

Then Gaffar realised he didn't see Murtasim to pray salah.

He lying on the sofa and said;

"Subha hote hi Mein Rawalpindi chala jaunga.Kuch din waha rahunga.Mera saman tayar rakhna."

Murtasim trying to get sleep and again and again that dream floating around in his eyes.He feeling so restless.

Murtasim comes to take snacks in the dining table.He about to sip on the tea,his grandfather said;

"Bismillah bole ho na?"

He nodded his head and Jahangir khan said;

"Kuch bhi acche kam karne se pehle agar Allah ke naam se shuru karo to woh bhi ibadat ke naam se jane jate hai.Subhan Allah!Jaise yeh jo hum yaha beith ke chai piyenge agar chai pine se pehle Allah ka zikr karle to woh bhi ibadat kehlata hai.Kitna Rahim o Rahman hai humara rab jo humare kiye gaye choti choti chijo se khush ho jata hai.Logo ko razi karna mushkil hota hai lekin us rab ko razi karna utna hi asan."

Meerab was doing some chores in the kitchen.Murtasim come there and coughed.She looked up and He said;

"We're first cousin right?To mere samne kaisa parda?"

She concentrated on her chores and said;

"Mein na mehramo se parda karti hu.Beshaq hum cousin hai lekin hum dono ke darmiyan parda farz hai."

He stands leaned against the wall and said;

"Don't be out of class.Yeh umar nahi hai itne religious hone ki.I mean it's time to enjoy your youth day."

Meerab stop her chores and said;

"Shaitan is tarha se logo ko bhatka ta hai ke enjoy your youth day kyun Ki religious hone ke liye pura zindegi baki hai.You know what yeh jo zindegi hai na iska koi gurranty nahi hota.Maut mohlat nahi deta.Kab kaha expires hone ka ticket kat jai pata hi nahi chalta.Phir jab use Allah ke samne pesh karte hai aur apne amlo ka hisab liya jata hai to kehta hai Ya Allah mera koi kasur nahi maine jo kiya shaitan ki bharkave mein aake kiya.Aur shaitan kahega tumne wohi kiya jo tumhare nafs chahta hai is mein mera koi kusur nahi.Is liye mein chahti jab is duniya se ruksat hoke jab Allah ke samne jau to ruswa na hu.Mein apni jawani apne nafs ke nahi balki apni rab ki ibadat mein guzarna chahti hu.Taki akhir mein meri manzil jannat ho."

Murtasim listened her words and said;

"Itne ibadat karne ke baad bhi agar tum by any chance jannat mein na dakhil ho sako to kya hoga?"

"Beshak mein ek gunhegar hu aur agar apni gunaho ke wajah se Allah ke pakar mein aau to bachne ka koi dusra rasta nahi bachega Allah ke rehem ki siwa.Is liye mein humesha dua karti hu taki Allah mere gunaho ke wajah se mujhe na pakre aur mujhe maf karde.You know what Allah bohot rehdil hai is liye hum unhe Rahim aur Rahman naam ke wasta dete hai.Aur khulus dil se nikla hua ansu kabhi zaya nahi jata.Allah bhi man jate hai aur maf kar deta hai."

She pause for a moment and said;

"Allah Quran mein kehta hai Allah ke rehmat se mayus na ho.Beshaq Allah tamam gunha ko baksh deta hai."

Murtasim takes naps in his room but suddenly he awake from sleep and recalls these big snakes.He feels restless and didn't find peace.Then he heard the recitation of Quran is playing somewhere and a reciter with his sweet voice recited Quran.He feels so peace.

"Alaa Bizikril Laahi Tatma'innul Qulub-Beshaq Allah ki zikr se hi dilon ko sukoon milta hai."
