III. Invite

Hanna

Walking home while the rain hits the asphalt and my new coat, I think about my day at school. It wasn't that bad since I sat with this new boy who wasn't invading my quiet time. We were assigned to do a project together since everyone had paired up already.

Anyways that's not the most interesting part.

When I wanted to ask him to stay with me after class so we could discuss the project, he said sorry and ran out of class. I wanted to follow him, but when I left the class he was nowhere to be seen...

Suddenly music invades my thoughts and I turn to the side seeing a car. A window rolls down and I see a boy and someone that looks like Niki sitting near him.

 Oh wait, that is him.

"Lonely much?" Niki shouts towards my direction.

"Niki I am not going to a party on a school night!" I shout back while continuing to walk. In no way am I going with them. Last time that happened, I came back home in the morning, when my mom was already making breakfast!

You know what happened next...

"Oh come on, you're my only left fight or flight buddy!!!" 

Oh. My. God.

"Why can't you go with him??" I ask the grey haired guy who is driving the car.

"Believe me I had to survive 1 hour of gaslighting into going with him and he only now decided to give up on me so PLEASE go with him. It's Heeseung by the way, pretty girl" So called Heeseung winks while adding the last two words to his sentence and I'm caught off guard so bad that I stop in my tracks and turn.

"You'll go?!?" Niki shouts and smiles so widely, that it reaches the car roof. I'm kidding. But seriously?? Who that guy think he is??

"Under one condition" I stand outside the car like some idiot. 

"Anything milady" 

"Two vodkas secured ONLY for me at the party and Niki what kind of the most ungentlemanly boy you are, that won't even invite me in the car??" I exclaim, while opening the back door of the car.

"Technically I'm not the boss of this car, so don't say that to me.." the dark haired boy puts his hands in defense while I get in the car.

What the hell. How did I even survive in this type of friendship?? I see sunoo sitting calmly in one of the back seats, while doing something on instagram. 

"No hello? Guys, yall are the WORST." I shout in their faces, while Niki changes the song.

"Good to see you, anna" The most unbothered guys in the world says.

 ...

They drop me at my house. After I get out I say goodbyes and as I thank Heeseung, I wink at him and say-

"See you tonight" 

I turn around as I hear gasps and shouting coming from Niki.

"Stop flirting with my friends bro??"

"Never!!" I shout back as I walk to my house.
