Kei's POV

Nagising ako sa lakas ng tunog ng alarm ko

It's monday

Papasok na nanaman huhu..

Agad akong nag ayos at bumaba para kumain, inayos ko na din ang mga dadalhin ko, pagkatapos ay nag paalam na ako kanila mama na aalis na

I start walking papuntang school, walking distance e

Then my phone suddenly vibrate, guess who's calling?

"Biiii, ikaw yang naglalakad no?" tanong ni Mira sa kabilang linya, agad akong lumingon sa likod dahil sa sinabi nya

Agad na huminto ang isang violet car sa harapan ko "Hop in!" sabi nya habang ibinababa ang salamin

Syempre sasakay ang ferson para di na ko mag lakad

"Ready kana sa laboratory?" tanong nya

"Yep, kinakabahan lang"  bahagyang natawa si Mira sa sinabi ko

"Sa laboratory kapa talaga kinabahan ah" I just shrugged

When we arrived at our destination which is the school, dumiretsyo na kami sa Food Lab, 10 kaming mag la laboratory ngayon, this week is laboratory week at kami ang 1st batch ng laboratory sa cake ngayon.

We didn't wait for too long dahil dumating na rin si ma'am Sheena. Napagdesisyunan namin ni Mira na mag tabi, nasa parteng gitna kami

"Alright, Good morning class, Today is our Laboratory day for Cake making, so as I said to the gc na 2 days kayong gagawa ng cake, this week, we will be making a round cake, and for the next week we will do the jelly roll cake. So each table I will assign a  theme, for what maam? para hindi kayo mag pare pareho, lalo na sa designing"

Nag assign na nga si ma'am ng mga theme, na assign saakin ang debut cake at wedding cake naman kay Mira, meron ding na assign sa christening, birthday, anniversary basta madami pa

"Prepare your yourself, hindi ko na kailangan sabihin kung ano ang dapat isusuot at aalisin and also sa tools na gagamitin, kayo ang dapat kumuha ng mga gagamitin nyo dito sa food lab and also the ingredients, I'll be back I'll just get the copy of the list of the measurements in the faculty room, once I na nakabalik na ko we will start immediately " after that she left

Kagaya ng sinabi ni ma'am kanya kanya kaming kuha ng tools na gagamitin namin,  okay na ang lahat at naka prepare na namin, saktong nakabalik na si ma'am

"Alright, class, listen, I hope you memorize the measurements that I've been sent to the gc last friday because I'm not posting the measurements, but for the last time I'm gonna say the measurements of those both in making the batter and in the whip cream" Ma'am Sheena said and she start announcing the measurements that we need, she also announce yhe measurement we need in mixing the cream

"You may now start, hindi ako makikialam sa inyo, I'll just observe, make sure to observe the proper using of the tools" our teacher remind us

Nagsimula na kaming mag measure ng ingredients namin

"Psst, Kei, ilan nga ang measurement ng Cake Flour?" tanong ni Camielle, kaklse ko isa sa kasabay naming mag laboratory

"500g" sagot ko, and then she mouth 'thank you' and smile so I smile back to her and continue what I am doing

After I measure the ingredients, I start cracking the eggs and separate them into different bowl, after I separate them I start sifting the flour, then after I sift i add the 70g of refined sugar, the sifted cocoa powder dutched flavor and baking powder then I mekus mekus them haha!
