we've made it to the world cup final!
trent and i have been in a relationship for about six months now and i'm so loving it. he does everything he can while we're with eachother. can you believe he cut his hair?!
anyway the match starts in about an hour and i'm sitting with all my closest friends and my family watching my teammates walk around the grass looking at the stadium.
"hey, i think it's time to go down now guys." i smile at the big group of people i love.
"good luck tianna!" my family shout.
"i know you don't need luck but i wanted to say that i believe in you." trent mutters in my ear.
"stop, you're gonna make me cry."
i cutely pout before hugging him tightly.
"i'll see you after t." i wave before walking to the locker room.
GAMETIME
England started the match intensely, with lauren hemp in the fifth minute shooting straight at the goalkeeper.
when spain got posession they held the ball without taking advantage.
after getting a foul by holding fellow club teammate, kiera walsh, England had a clear shot shot by hemp but her striking the crossbar in the sixteenth minute.
the match got more and more exciting as Spain made their first substantial attack a minute later, with vice-captain olga carmona crossing a ball to tianna, who couldn't connect fully making the whole stadium sulk with sadness momentarily.
in the twenty-ninth minute the game switched over to Spain.
England's right back, lucy bronze attempted a dribble through the midfield, Spanish players dispossessed her and the ball was sent to carmona.
she shot a tight shot to the right corner, but in the end it didn't matter because the back of the net bulged with urgency.
the team run to the corner to celebrate shortly and getting back on defense.
England struggled after after conceding a goal, which Spain capitalized on.
as time winded down, Spain's confidence got higher and England's waned down.
after 104 minutes of back and forth football, the game ended to an 1-0 victory for Spain.
before tianna ever celebrates she goes straight to ella and kiera to comfort them.
