Contract

Hanni's pov:

It's been 20 minutes, since I got home.  I already cleaned myself and I'm planning to go downstairs to announce Mrs. Kim that I had signed the offer. I'll need to wait for awhile she's still at her work, it's only 5:47 probably at 6 pm, she'll be here already. I practice to walk like a model, Imagining that I was on the Catwalk. I was tiptoeing my foot then my hands were on my waist, I went to look on my mirror and also practice my facial fierce feature. So far it was getting good, but I still keep walking around my room; improving my walk.

"Hanni Unnie!!!" A kid was running to hug me

"OH SHI-, OH MY GODDD MAEVE, YOU SCARED ME" I hugged her as breath heavily

"Hehehehe, sorry Unnie I was just excited to see you, sorry for not knocking on your door." She said

"Ahh, it's okay. Just next time please knock on the door, hmm??" I said

She nodded

"Sure will do Unnie" she said

"Oh, Unnie what are you doing anyway?" She asked

"Oh, yeah uhh, I was practicing my y'know hahaha my studies about our research, on how I should perform my reporting in the class" I said

"Ohhh, okayyy!" She said while smiling

"Maeve baby!! Mommy's here!!" A woman shouted downstairs.

"Mommy's here unnie!!" She excitedly run downstairs, of course I follow her but deep inside I was insanely nervous.

"Oh, becareful Maeve. You might trip on the stairs." I said

"Yesss Unnie" she said.

"Mommy!!!"

Maeve run towards to Mrs. Kim and hugged her tightly, while Mrs. Kim was kneeling down to reach Maeve's height level. I watched them not noticing that I was smiling already, forgotten that I still need to give this offer paper to Mrs. Kim

"Let's go Maeve, let's eat. Mommy's hungry"

"Okayyy mommy"

Mrs. Kim looked at me and signals me to join them, and I nodded. We head to the kitchen and Isabella already finished to prepare the foods.

"Sit here baby" Mrs. Kim offered Maeve

We started to eat and I was their silently eating, avoiding Mrs. Kim's eye contact.

"Hanni, hey Hanni" someone called me that made me snap back to the reality

"Uh, oh y-yes? Mrs. Kim?" I asked her

"You okay? You keep zoning out" she asked me with her confused tone

"O-of course Mrs. Kim, no need to worry" I said and faked my smile

We finished the dinner and Mrs. Kim got in to her office, so I already got the opportunity to talk to her regarding to this Modelling thingy.

*Knock*

"Come in!" A woman said

I went inside her office, and I went to approach her.

"Uhmm, Mrs. Kim I just want to give you this, since I have already decided to accept your offer, I also realized that's a big opportunity. So, I'm risking it rather than regretting it in the very end." I said as I handed her the letter that I have signed

"Glad to know this hanni, and you'll be receiving the 10,000 dollars before the Festival, since I know that you're a student and I'm aware that you really needed it already. So, starting tomorrow you will be going to my company for some training about your walking skills, after class you should head in my company. Are we clear?" She said

"Yes Mrs. Kim" I responded

"Okay good. Congratulations for being part of the team. You may go now." She said and smile

"Thank you Mrs. Kim" I bowed and went outside her office.

"God, that shit got me hell. Luckily, she's in a good mood today " I talked to myself.

I went upstairs and went inside my room, I brushed my teeth and laid down
on my bed. I sighed, overthinking the things that will happen.

"Haystt, everything is just going to be fine. Just don't overthink hanni, I know you can do it" I comforted myself and wiped my tears that was dropping from my eyes.

Morning

Hanni's pov:

I already got finished to prepare myself and I'm heading downstairs now, ready to head to school. I went downstairs, and I opened the door, seeing a car Infront of me.

"Hanni, let's go I'll be the one to drive
Maeve to her school. Come in, I'll drive you to your school" Mrs. Kim said

I nodded and went inside to her car.
The ride was pretty smooth, it wasn't awkward, it was normal. Mrs. Kim talked to us while driving.

Minutes have passed I already arrived at my school. I went out to the car.

"Thank you for the ride Mrs. Kim and I'll be heading now, bye Maeve. I'll be going now Mrs. Kim."

I bowed at them, until someone run to me and hugged me.

"Hanniiiiiii" A man hugged me

"Yahh, you scared me" I slapped Jungwon's arm while his still clinging his arm to my shoulder.

I didn't notice that Mrs. Kim was still there, looking at us with her serious aura. I flinched.

"Oh, Mrs. Kim I sincerely apologize, please drive safely. We're heading now"
I bowed at her and she nodded, looking at us with 0 interest, she started to drive away from us and we're heading inside the school gate. Still, overthinking why Mrs. Kim suddenly changed her mood, as if she wasn't talkative and entertaining me and Maeve inside the car earlier.

I ignored my thoughts, and we went inside the room. Our classes didn't started, since it's our vacant. Jungwon and I chit chatted a lil bit.

"Sooooo, how was it?" Jungwon asked

"It was fine. later at Mrs. Kim's company I will have my trainings, about how I walk. I'm gonna be so nervous later lmao" I said

"And why would you be nervous?" He asked

"I mean, another surrounding shock. Y'know how I am not used to peoples right? It's just, they're some other girls who are more pretty in there, while me. I'm just somebody, who isn't known by everybody and not so beautiful as they view me. Like I mean, I don't know anymore" I said

Jungwon sighed

"Here you are again, minding about other people's buzzes. Who cares about it? You're so beautiful than what you think hanni, if I'll be honest I did had a crush on you way back when we are 11th grade lol. you really look so innocent before and you're angelic face, I really don't know what to say about you before" jungwon said

"Lol??? 11th grade??? I thought you're a gay ass won" I said with my eyes widen

"Gurl, I mean yuhh I'm gay but I'm bisexual sis. I wouldn't dare to say that, but you keep on doubting yourself so I accidentally confessed. Hey, don't get it wrong, that's way back when we are 11th grade, I didn't told you about since I'm afraid you'll gonna avoid me and then I will lost a great friend huhu" he said

I just laughed about what he said.

"You never failed to boost my confidence HAHAHHA" I said to him

"Pshhh, smol tingzz 💅" he said

I was laughing about it, and we keep our chit chatting era, waiting for our next subject.
