"NERA!" My brother cries. A car came crashing into me, I felt my bones shatter, like a funny bone feeling but all over my body and 30 times worse. My chest singed as I went crashing into a building, I felt my chest being covered blood. I tried to cry or scream to no avail. My brother, came running to me, "NERA- NERA STAY WITH ME!" I heard his voice drift off as my breathing slowed. My eyes shut and all I felt was serenity and peace for a moment... soon after that feeling drifted away, almost as if I was falling down into a deep pit of lava, I didn't dare try and fight, I didn't dare try and move, for if I did I feared my fate would be much... much worse...

(A bit of a Timeskip)

"Mama!" I called out, "look what I can do!" I ran into the living room and did a cartwheel with a small tail wag at the end. Being a demon on earth wasn't all that bad- in-fact, I think it was better then being a human on earth. My house was well taken care of, a very cottage core ascetic, and a lot of plants. "Well, Nella, I think it's time you go visit Tera for a bit, I've got something to attend to. I'll be sure to brim you back some blood!" Mother said to me as she shooed me out the door. Blood is something that a specific type of demon needs, War- or murder demons- evolved from war by drinking blood. In a way it's like we're vampires. I ran down the street, the grass was lush and the sun above head was warm; it was midday. Before I knew it I saw my werecat friend- Tera! "TERAAAA!" I yelled and tackled her. She giggles, "Hi Nella! How are you?" "I'm good!" I said as I climbed off of her. Tera was my best friend, I've known her sense I entered hell...

After a while of us playing, and Ester joining us, we sat by the tree of Esters house. His mom had made us sandwiches, they were delicious! The three of us talked for a while before Tera's ears went down, "What's wrong, Tera?" Ester asked her.
"Fire... I smell fire," Tera said as she panicked and stood up.
I stood with her and she suddenly ran off, "Tera-! Wait up!" I called after her.
"Tera! Nella wait!" Ester called after her as well.
The three of us ran to the direction of which Tera had run in... once we caught up, we were met with Tera's house, engulfed in a flame that had too many colors to name...
