Chapter Eight

When she woke up Tom was gone. She was a little sad but when she went to go to the bathroom she saw a note. "Hey pretty, as you know I have a duel today so I had to leave. Good luck walking and have fun at Hogsmeade- TR." She chuckled to herself then threw on a hoodie for breakfast. She got there before the others so she sat until Blaise arrived. He asked her how she was feeling and made some small talk before he said "I'm sorry y/n, I didn't mean it like that and I love you." She was happy to have her cousin back. When the rest of the group got there they ate quickly then got dressed for Hogsmeade. She knew exactly what she wanted to get after last night. When they arrived she went to a little boutique and bought a few things for herself, as she didn't have many nice outfits. She then saw a gorgeous black coat that she had to have. Once she was done there she headed to the jewelry shop down the street. She bought two little bracelets, one had a snake wrapping around the chain and the other had a constellation in the center. She decided to engrave them. Then the group all met at the fountain to go have lunch. They went to three broomsticks where they each ordered a butter beer and some appetizers. They decided they'd rather each get an appetizer and share with the table. When they weren't looking y/n walked up to the bar and bought the meal. They didn't know until they finished and y/n just left. They were all shocked as she didn't seem like the type to walk out on a check, they got a little irritated and Blaise went after her. The waitress came over and asked if they need anything else, Theo asked for the checks and she told him the girl had already paid for it. They all laughed and walked out. They tried to give y/n money for their food but she refused and walked away. They hit up a small candy shop before going back to Hogwarts. She made it just in time. She threw on a slytherin hoodie, black leggings, and her new coat and headed down to the quidditch field. She realized the duels had already started and panicked a little. That was until Toms name was called to the field. She watched him block and send spells over until he finally had defeated his opponent. She cheered for him and that's when he noticed her. He looked a little surprised and she noted that for later.
