Chapter 14

A seventeen year old boy exited the bright greenish portal that looked way too similar to the portals from Rick and Morty's portal gun and appeared in an alleyway. Fortunately it was nighttime so there wouldn't be too many people around that would've possibly witnessed his sudden teleportation. 

"Alright," Alistair stretched his limbs. "Time to go undercover and look for the dimensional anomalies,"

He attempted to cross the street without looking and immediately got hit by a truck.

"Hey Silver we're going to meet up afterschool at Ttosikki Chicken," Ben said. "Both Jake and I filled up our coupon cards,"

"Gray and I have cram school," Silver said.

"You don't need to attend cram school," Kyrie interrupted. "You're too smart for that place,"

"The new kid's right," Alex agreed. "You and your brother are the top students at Eunjang, even surpassing the third years,"

"Studying is fun," Silver shrugged. "So Gray and I both enjoy cram school,"

"Nerds," Ben lightheartedly teased. "We'll wait for your guys' cram school to finish then,"

"Alright," Silver nodded. 

"Kyrie, do you wanna hang with us too?" Ben invited. 

"Sure," Kyrie agreed, much to Silver's surprise. 'I want to see what exactly Donald sees in these versions of Ben Park and his friends. What makes them so special that he is willing to hang out with them?'

Silver left the school with his older brother. In the hallway, Kyrie, Ben, and Alex bumped into Gerard. "You two got another secret love child?" Gerard joke upon seeing Kyrie instead of Silver.

"Shut up you overgrown broccoli," Alex mumbled and shoved Gerard's shoulder.

Gerard tagged along with the group to the pool hall where the Eungang also met up with Jake, Dean, Timothy, Eunchan, Jimmy, Jack, and Goseon. Kyrie found the sight of the three groups from different schools getting along to be quite strange. 

He could easily understand Ben's group getting along with Jake's group since Jake wasn't a bully and only joined the Union to avenge his brother. He was more surprised at how much more mellow Jimmy was compared to the version of Jimmy in Kyrie's original world. This world's Jimmy was still rough but he did enjoy hanging out with Eunjang and Daehyeon.

They played several games of pool. Kyrie listened as they chatted about topics such as the latest Takken game or about anime and manga like Two Piece. Kyrie found them all to be quite childish and boring.

The group eventually started heading to Ttosikki Chicken. "I still can't believe that Eunjang has two child prodigies now," Jake commented. "I was already feel intimidated enough by how smart Silver is. Now there's you too, Kyrie,"

"I don't understand why Silver hangs out with you fools," Kyrie scoffed, finally dropping his mask.

"Huh?" Everyone turned to him, having noticed the younger boy's tone.

"Silver shouldn't be forced to hang around buffoons like you guys," Kyrie sneered.

"Forced?" Ben questioned. "Kyrie, we aren't forcing Silver to hang out with us,"

"Why would someone like Silver willingly hang out with idiots like you guys!?" Kyrie snapped. "He can do so much better for friends than you morons!"

"Kyrie, shut the fuck up!" Silver and Gray had just arrived along with Eugene who had also started attending cram school. Silver was infuriated by what Kyrie was saying.

"I'm only speaking the truth!" Kyrie claimed. "None of them are worthy of being your friend—"

"Who are you to decide who is worthy and not worthy of being my friend!?" Silver glared at him. "I can be friends with whoever I want and I choose to be these guys' friends. If you're just going to insult them, then stay the fuck away from us,"

"I don't want to stay away from you," Kyrie said. "I want to stay by your side. I literally killed myself because I couldn't handle your death, Donald! I literally can't live without you!"

"Why did you call my brother 'Donald'?" Gray interrupted. "What do you mean you killed yourself? And what did you mean about my brother's death? He never died," 

"He's crazy," Silver claimed.

"You never told them?" Kyrie asked, hurt that Silver was calling him crazy. "I'm Kingsley Kwan and the person you've been calling 'Silver Yeon' is actually Donald Na!"

"Kyrie," Kingsley, who had been passing by with Donald and had noticed his little brother's shouting, approached him. "Stop spouting nonsense,"

'D-Donald Na!' Nearly everyone was aware of who Donald was and could feel his powerful presence. 

"I'm Kingsley Kwan and he's Donald Na," Kyrie repeated. "We both died in our original world and were reincarnated into this one as Kyrie Kwan and Silver Yeon," 'His friends should leave him after finding out he's Donald Na. Then he'll have no one but me. He'll have to help with the Union then!'

"Kyrie, that's enough!" Kingsley scolded. "We're leaving. I'm going to take you to a psychiatrist,"

"I'm telling the truth!" Kyrie yelled and began citing important information and documents that only Donald and Kingsley knew about. 

"Were you going through my files!?" Kingsley shouted even though he had never once brought Union files home and always kept them at Donald's office in Yeouinaru.

"In your universe," Donald finally spoke up. "Did Jimmy Bae join the Union after requesting help to rescue Jack Kang from Manwol's Squad 2?"

"Yes!" Kyrie nodded. "But how do you know about that? The events happened differently in this world and both Yoosun and Daehyeon never joined the Union,"

"I've been having strange visions about events that never happened," Donald answered.

"Huh?" Jake said. "Me too,"

"I had a vision where Ben and I were fighting Jimmy's gang and then Ben fought that guy," Alex pointed at Donald.

"Those events happened in our original world," Kyrie revealed. "Now do you believe me when I say that I'm Kingsley Kwan and he's Donald Na?"

"Silver," Gray turned to his little brother. "Is what he's saying true?"

'I can't deny it, not after everything Kingsley had revealed,' Silver sighed. "Yeah,"

"So that's why you reminded me of myself," Donald chuckled. "Because you are me,"

"I'm you that went through a character development arc," Silver deadpanned. "Keep your Union away from my friends,"

"No can do," Donald refused. "You guys defeated Hyeongshin. If I let that slide, the Union's reputation will be damaged,"

"Your Union is doomed to fall," Silver repeated.

"Maybe in your world your Union failed," Donald glared at him. "But I won't let my castle fall,"

"Then I guess this is war between the Union and the Anti-Union," Silver declared.
