Jovi was tied to a chair inside the warehouse Metatron had taken her too. She watched with a busted lip and bruised cheek as her dad spoke with the psycho, it didn't take long for a fight to break out. She was forced to watch as the two men fought to kill, Metatron got the upper hand on her dad beating him until blood was covering Dean's face. She cried trying to break the ropes around her wrists begging her dad to get up, she watched as his hand twitched the Cain blade flying into his hand and then she let out a heart wrenching scream as a angel blade went through Dean's chest a gasp leaving his lips. His green eyes fell on his sobbing daughter who was trying everything to get out of her restraints, a apologetic look fell onto his face before he gasped again Metatron twisting the blade in his chest before pulling it out
Sam's voice echoed round the warehouse as he sprinted towards deans body that fell to the floor, Jovi yanked her hands trying desperately to escape the rope tearing into her skin drawing blood as she was forced to watch her father die. Metatron watched with a satisfied smirk before Sam got back up drawing an angel blade ready to attack Metatron but he disappeared along with the ropes around Jovi. The second she was free Jovi sprinted to her dads side ignoring the pain flowing through her body as she fell to her knees beside a barely breathing Dean one hand resting on his shoulder the other taking his hand as Sam attempted to patch the wound up
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry" Jovi muttered sobbing, he came here to save her and instead ended up with an angel blade to the chest. Dean tiredly looked up at her with a small smile weakly squeezing her hand "it's not your fault" Jovi shook her head too chocked up to even talk "Sammy, you gotta get her out of here before he comes back" Dean told his brother who ignored his order continuing to try and patch up the stab wound "shut up. Shut up! Just save your energy, all right? We'll stop the bleeding, we'll get you to a doctor or — or I'll find a spell. You're gonna be okay"
"Listen to me, it's better this way" Dean spoke which caused both Sam and Jovi to stop, the girls heart breaking more and more "what?" She spoke voice breaking with pure hurt and confusion, Dean looked between them both "the mark. Its making me into something I don't want to be"
"We'll figure out the mark later. Just hold on, okay?" Sam told him before throwing one of deans arms around his shoulders, Jovi doing the same with the other wincing at the cry of pain her dad let out. They didn't get far before she felt more of her dads weight being thrown onto her which was making her heart shatter more and more especially when he stopped needing to sit down both her and Sam helping him to sit on one of the barrels inside the warehouse. Dean looked up at them the colour draining from his face as one of his hands took Jovi's holding it tight "I got to say something to you both"
