[chapter 10 hogyaaa]

[AUTHOR'S POV]

The room was fully dark but the moon's natural light escaped from the window and made the room visible. He had his hands under her waist when they suddenly had eye contact in the dark. He removed his hands and put them around her face removing the hair strands. Suddenly the eye contact got so tense that he pulled in for a kiss but just stopped when there were inches left. Her heartbeat got to a whole new level and she put a hand around his neck. She looked at him with innocent eyes and he couldn't resist so he kissed her on her cheek and quickly backed up. She held his hand to which he kissed it and left the room without even looking at her.

Something was so strange about him. It was as if he wanted to share his feelings but something inside him stopped him from doing it. He wanted someone  with whom he could share his feelings and spend his life but that someone  was just not ready for it. The night went on as usual but neither Ajey nor Kiara could sleep, they both had the same thoughts of each other. 

[KIARA'S POV]

I woke up late but I didn't know how late because I still didn't have my phone on me. My head was hurting from last night and I couldn't remember a thing except him and I dancing. I freshened up and changed into the hoodie and sweatpants I found while searching the cupboard. The breakfast was already on the side table which had an irresistible scent. I hovered over to the breakfast and it was some toasted bread, butter, and jam with chai! 

How do they know I love chai?

I picked up the warm mug in my hands and stood by the window looking outside, as my mind wondered about Ajey, I saw him from the window doing something outside in the garden with his maids. He didn't see me but he had all my attention and I was very curious about his plans. As I sipped my tea and roamed my eyes around, he was now gone. I rechecked to see if he was actually gone or if my eyes were just messing around but no he was gone!

Suddenly someone knocked on the door and I sat my mug down. I opened the door, hoping to see Ajey but it was one of his maids. My heart was disappointed to see her then I told myself

WHY AM I DISAPPOINTED WHAAAAT

Control karo Kiara CONTROL!!

I then inquired about the maid.

[Kiara]: umm can I help you?

[xxx]: Oh that's my job, I wanted to ask you if you needed anything or not, I'm Janvi btw.

She seems nice 

-I thought to myself

[Kiara]:  Hi Janvi, and no thank you there's everything here.

[Janvi]:  well then ... is there dust in your room? I'll clean it right now!

[Kiara]:  no no It's okay! It's not a big deal!

[Janvi]:  no Miss Kiara you don't understand, It's my job I have to do it.

[Kiara]: Alright then..

It's her job I guess?

-I thought again

She came into the room and started wiping off the table, I picked up my mug and stood facing the window again but then I heard an unexpected thud. I turned around to see Janvi who closed the door and was now looking at me with a weird smile on her face. 

[Kiara]: uhh Janvi?

[Janvi]: what happened, Kiara? scared, are you?

[Kiara]: huh?

[Janvi]: stop your act and stay away from Ajey. Since the day you came, I've been seeing that you're getting too close to him, IF I see you near him again I'm gonna make your life a living hell here

like it isn't already

-I thought to myself

but why does she want that?

I can't stay away from Ajey because he's the main reason I'm here, he brought me here!

[Janvi]: Why aren't you saying anything? huh?

she started taking steps towards me

[Kiara]: Listen, Janvi, I don't have any problem with you.

[Janvi]: But I DO! YOU'RE THE PROBLEM! I've been trying to win Ajey this whole time but you? you have him all wrapped around your fingers in just ONE DAY and I won't let this slide!

She was now standing very close to me and I had to look down otherwise she'd probably punch my face. Then again someone knocked on the door, Janvi quickly turned around and started cleaning the table and signaled me to open the door and I did as she said.

I opened the door to see Ajey with a big smile on his face but as he saw my scared face his smile turned into confusion, he looked behind my shoulder to see Janvi and I could tell that he knew something was up.

[Ajey]: What was happening here? and what are you doing here Janvi?

he looked at Janvi with piercing eyes and pushed me to the side. I looked at Janvi who looked like she had gotten caught.

[Janvi]: me? I was just.. I- I brought breakfast for her.. she called me, right Kiara?

[Ajey]: It's Miss Kiara. and the breakfast was brought by me in the morning.

there was now silence between the two because Janvi's lie got caught.

[Ajey]: Didn't expect this from you Janvi... from now on, you're gonna be doing the outside house duty.

[Janvi]: But sir!

[Ajey]: You know my rules Janvi, now go!

Janvi left while giving me a death stare. I didn't dare to look at her. then Ajey called my name

[Ajey]: Kiara? kya hua?

[Kiara]: nothing? mujhe kya hoga [awkward chuckle]

he looked at me confusedly and then continued

[Ajey]: Anyways, ye sab choro I've got something for you to see!

Then I remembered Janvi's words.

[Kiara]: Do I have to see it?

[Ajey]: Why are you acting so weirdly? Did Janvi say something to you?

[Kiara]:  Janvi? no, she..she was just here to clean the table..

[Ajey]: hmm, but you have to come I insist!

[Kiara]:  Ajey no I can't!

he dragged me anyway and put his hands on my eyes. he took me to the garden for the first time and then released me

[Ajey]: Open your eyes!

I opened my eyes and I couldn't believe my eyes. 

[Kiara]: AJEY HOW DID YOU-
