As their mom slept in and their dad was at work at a construction site for a new house in a new neighborhood, Thomas was texting Randy Burke, his best friend since their Childhood days, Jay was doing his laundry without being told, which was pretty much a shock to all of his siblings, Izzy was doing her best to not start laughing at what she was watching at her cell phone, and Hyacinth was trying to text her best friend, Harper Mackey, who was also a firefighter at 51.
Jay said," Hey guys, I think we should plan a surprise party for mom. What do you guys think?
Hyacinth said," I love that Idea, Jay. that's really sweet of you to plan something like this for her.
Izzy said," I think it's a wonderful Idea, Jay but we need to keep it a secret from mom and dad.
Thomas said," I'll say let's give her the most awesome party ever. she'll love it, Big brother Jay.
Jay said," Okay, so we need Balloons, Streamers, Food, Dessert, Music and Drinks for this evening, We need to divide up the tasks evenly among us. So I will handle Music and Balloons.
Hyacinth said," I will take care of the food and dessert. I know how to cook anything so I'll do it.
Thomas said," I'll buy streamers and Drink for the party and Izzy can help me out too. I'll need it.
Izzy said," That sounds like a plan to me. Let's get going. operation: Surprise Mom is a go.
Jay, Hyacinth, Izzy and Thomas waited for their mom to wake up and Izzy took her mom to her doctor's appointment to see if they can find out the gender or how many babies she is having. Jay heads to the store, Thomas heads to the party store and Hyacinth heads to her restaurant, which she opened on her own, to bake a cake for her and make some delicious food for the surprises party later tonight, She hoped that everything came out tasting ok for tonight's party.
At the OBGYM with Izzy Halstead and her mom Susana Halstead
Izzy watched Dr. Laura Logan squirted cold gel onto her mom's stomach and he waved the wand around and Izzy saw four babies appear on the screen and she smiled at the sight of the babies.
Dr. Laura Logan said," It looks like you are having 4 babies, Ms. Halstead. the same as last time.
Susana said," Can you please tell me the genders if possible and how far along I am, Dr, Logan?
Dr. Laura Logan said," It looks like you are 3 months along and you are having 2 girls and 2 boys.
Susana said," I will name them Luisa Halstead, Jeremy Halstead, Melena Halstead, and William Halstead. Those are the cutest names ever and me and my family are excited to meet them soon.
Dr. Laura said," I'm sure you and are excited. so I'll see you next week. have a good day, you two.
Izzy texted her sister Hyacinth and her brothers Jay and Thomas about the babies genders and names for the party. She was very excited to plan the party tonight and celebrate their mom.
Text between Hyacinth, Jay, Thomas and Izzy
Izzy Halstead: Guys, I know the babies gender and their names. would you like to know the genders and their names? we should also buy wardrobes, Changning stations and cribs today.
Jay Halstead: Sounds like a plan to me. I'll buy the wardrobes and build them for dad and mom.
Hyacinth Halstead: I'll buy the changing stations and I'll buy some baby clothes for the babies.
Thomas Halstead: I'll buy the cribs, baby books, baby Blankets and Baby toys for them as well.
At the doctor's With Izzy Halstead Izzy turns off her phone and heads outside to the car where her mom was waiting for her.
Izzy opened up the door and helped her mom inside the car and took her back home and she got music and baby stuff for her baby siblings and she also got some baby music for the babies.

Hyacinth had just finished baking her mom's cake and finished making the party food. she even restacked her kitchen supplies and food supplies for the next morning incase she had to work.
Hyacinth grabbed the food and desserts and drove home to see Izzy setting things up for the party and Hyacinth was setting her foods and desserts up on the table and watches the door.
With Jay at the grocery store
Jay was getting a music player and he got some artists that he knew his parents liked.
He even got some baby clothes and some movies too and he paid for all it right away and he heads home and sets the stuff nicely on the counter.
With Thomas at the party store
Thomas is getting streamers and Balloons for tonight's party which he was excited for.
Thomas paid for the items and he heads back home and sets the stuff nicely on the counter.
The kids hide just as their dad comes home and their mom comes downstairs. they jump out.
They all yelled," SURPRISE, WE LOVE YOU, MOM AND DAD. CONGRATS ON THE BABIES.
Susana said," Thank you, Jay, Hyacinth, Izzy and Thomas for doing this for us. you guys are the best. We really appreciate it very much and we are proud of you guys for following your dreams.
Patrick said," This is the best you ever done for us. we love you Jay, Hyacinth, Izzy and Thomas.
with that being said, the family of 6 ate dinner and had dessert and put away leftovers and then they all headed to bed once the party was over.
