The night is going great for Tyler and Austin so far, Austin had already been caught staring at Tyler and Tyler had already payed for all their food and games, even after Austin protested this idea. Arizona and Alex had run off to the Arcade area as they boys got everyone's shoes. Austin went to find them and found the two in a corner, holding each other tightly and only interested in each other's longing gazes.

"I'm going to give them a few more minutes." Austin explained, walking toward the center board to set up the game.

"Did you get your job?" Tyler asked closely behind Austin's ear. Fully aware it would spook him.

"Jesus." Austin ushered before covering his mouth quickly. "Don't do that!"

"Don't what?" He switched to the other ear and inched closer.

  "Whatever, Cowboy."

"What's wrong? Too many City boy's?" His arms reached for Austin's waist again.

Austin stayed quiet, his heartbeat quickening and his mind at ease. He rests his head back in Tyler's shoulder, moving Tyler's arms higher up his torso.

"Are you okay?" Austin asked, truly concerned that Tyler hadn't been sleeping. "You're swaying."

"Yeah, I'm good. Just a little tired and still shaken up from that night."

"I get that." Austin's eyes opened to look at the center board again. "To answer your question, I did get that job. I'm a host at Barry's Buffet as of last Wednesday."

"That's great! Oh my lord! I'm so proud of you!" His grasp tightens, his accent as thick as ever.

"What happened?" Arizona asked, walking out the arcade with rose red cheeks as she holds Alex's hand.

"My job." Austin chuckles at the sight of Arizona's face. "Did you two get to play some fun games?"

"I'd say so." Alex answered for Ari, flushing her face even more so.

"Okay, let's play the first game, huh?" Austin asked, excited to see who'd win.

Throughout the first game, Alex and Austin were tied continually, leaving Tyler and Arizona in the dust. By the last frame, Alex and Arizona had already left to go get food. Austin finished his turn and walked back to Tyler, already hearing whining.

  "Fuck, you're good." Tyler complained.

"Yeah well, if you do any worse with this score, we might have to explore what else I'm good at." Austin knew what he was saying. He knew Tyler would understand the hinting and was very amused at his face when Tyler did understand.

"Hey now, wait a minute. Who- Wait, when- what are" Tyler couldn't form a sentence, he couldn't think straight. Instead of continuing to struggle with words, Tyler sighed and collected his thoughts. "Since when do you flirt first?"

  "Since I was winning."

"Are the girls coming back anytime soon?"

"I'm not sure." The boys looked over to the food bench and saw the girls sitting and talking with each other happily. "Probably not."

"Are you fixin' to start the next game or sit and chat 'til they get back here?"

"I don't mind sitting and talking with you." Austin kept eye contact with Tyler and stayed engaged with his conversation. When was the last time he'd actually cared about talking with someone? He could talk with Tyler for hours without getting bored, and his eyes were just as beautiful as they were that night at the party. His face hadn't changed a bit even though in the time from then to now, Tyler had cried, been angry, he'd laughed, he'd been mentally overheated by flirting. His eyes were still as green as ever. Dark emeralds fighting with gold specks.
