"I don't know what to do with him," Sarah said as she buried her face in her hands. "I didn't think he would ever put Y/n at risk."

"I'm sure he didn't mean to Sarah," Isla defended Jim. "He's just going through a difficult time right now."

Sarah looked up at her friend who looked as exhausted as she sounded. "The kids aren't getting along as we hoped," Sarah said disappointingly.

Jim sat there, eavesdropping from the roof on the conversation as he began to frown. Y/n listened from the hallway, crossing her arms in gloom.

"Jim isn't the best influence on Y/n- what if he gets her in real trouble?" Sarah said nervously.

"He wouldn't-"

"He did today, today they were lucky," Sarah said as she stood up to look out the window. "I just want what's best for them... if their being together is going to jeopardize their futures then-" she paused for a while.

"Maybe they should be apart," Isla finished, she then began to chuckle. "I guess them getting married is off the table."

Sarah gave Isla a soft smile. "Ya, I guess so... I was so sure she was going to lead him in the right direction," Sarah stated honestly. "I thought they would end up being together."

Both Jim and Y/n's eyes widened at the news. 'Wait' Jim thought to himself, 'they wanted us to get married?!' Jim sat back thinking about Y/n and how badly he's treated her, how he put her at risk.

'They wanted us to be together?' Y/n's jaw dropped, and the thought of Jim slightly broke her heart.

"I have to talk to her," he said as he stood up. "I need to make things right-" Just then a ship crashed and landed above his head.

"What the?!"

Y/n was about to retreat to her room, away from the conversation when all of a sudden something caught her ear.

"She doesn't even remember him, Anthony," Isla declared as she sat at a nearby dining table with Sarah, "she didn't even know who he was... or what he did."

Just then Y/n mouth worked faster than her brain. "Mom?" Y/n said as he walked into the dining room, "What happened?" she let out, her voice shaking. The last thing she wanted to do was start crying again, "how come we never talk about it-"

"Y/n," let out as she saw her distraught daughter, "Oh baby please-"

"Why did he leave us?! Mommy please!" Y/n broke down as Isla stood up to hold her baby girl.

"Y/n," Isla said as she took Y/n into her arms, "he didn't leave-"

Just then Jim barged through the doors soaking wet with his arm around an alien-looking creature. "James Pleiades Hawkins?!" Sarah shouted as she ran to the door.

"Mom he's hurt- bad," Jim panted as he rested the man on the cold wooden floor.

"What happened?!" Isla asked as she rushed to the man.

"I-I dunno- he crashed landed near the loading dock-" the turtle-like man aggressively grabbed the collar of Jim's shirt.

"Me chest lad," he begged Jim slid the Treasures Chest box over to the weak creature. He began to mumble as he unlocked the chest.

Isla peeked over his shoulder, "what is that?"

"They'll be coming soon- to find this," the creature huffed he then pulled out something wrapped up in a piece of cloth.

"Who's coming?" Jim asked just then the creature grabbed and dragged him closer to his mouth.

"The Cyborg- beware the Cyborg," the man's voice faded as he placed the object in Jim's hand as he died in his arms.

"Oh my," Sarah said as she covered her mouth, just then a blinding flash of light entered the blinds of the Inn. Y/n then rushed to the window, she lightly lifted the blinds to find a gang of what looked like pirates!

Jim crept over Y/n's shoulder. "Quick we have to go!" He announced as he pulled Y/n away from the window, Jim then ran up ahead and grabbed his mother's hand. "Come on!"

They soon began to shoot through the doors and windows, and a swarm of pirates soon crowded inside the dining hall. "Out the window!" Isla shouted at the scurred up the stairs. Sarah and Isla stood on the windowsill as they looked down at a carriage strapped onto a horse-like animal. "On three one, two-"

"Three!" Jim said as he shoved the ladies into the carriage. He then looked back at Y/n. "You next," he said as he stretched out his hand.

Y/n place reached out her hand but suddenly pulled it back and placed it on her throat. "My locket!" She said as she looked at Jim wide-eyed.

"What?!" He said confused. The dining hall was now a firey pit and pirates surrounded the area.

"I'll be back!" Y/n said as she bolted down the halls.

"Wait- no Y/n!" Jim yelled out as he ran to her, "Y/n!"

Jim followed Y/n to her room as she grabbed the locket that was on the nightstand. Once she got it she put it around her neck to ensure its safety. Jim grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the room "What are you- crazy?!" Jim yelled as he led the way, just before Y/n could say anything one of the pirates grabbed her by the arms.

"No, you don't!" The man shouted with a raspy voice as he twirled her around to his side. "Come here-"

"Let- GO OF ME!" Y/n panicked as she tried her best to break free.

Jim turned around to see a pirate grab Y/n and saw red, the thought of someone grabbing Y/n made him crazy. "LET HER GO!" Jim shouted as he punched the pirate clear across his face. The man lost his balance and dropped to the ground. More of them began to walk up the stairs Jim once again took Y/n's hand. "Come on!" He said as he took her to the window where their mothers had already left from

"No, I can't!" Y/n said nervously as she looked down at the carriage.

"Y/n! Hold onto me and don't let go," Jim said as he looked deep into her eyes. It was the same sentence that he said while in the solar surfer. Y/n looked down at the carriage. "JUMP!" Every second they were falling felt like an entirety. They made it safely onto the carriage with Sarah and Isla.

"GO! GO! GO!" With Isla driving the family sat shaken up in the carriage. Sarah looked back to see the Inn that was now engulfed in flames. Everything they once knew was now gone. "Where will we go?" Isla raised a question to Sarah who was sitting in the front seat of the carriage with her.

"I think I know someone who could help us," Sarah whispered.

The gang strolled up to a marvellous mansion. Just then the grand door opened to reveal a familiar face that was utterly confused.

"Sarah?!"

"Hello Delbert," Sarah said while standing in the rain along with the rest of the group. "Mind if we come in?"
