when i wrote lucaesmee noong august, sabi ko, i wanted to try something new hahaha. something different off the menu.
ang sabi ko, never ko bibigyan ng twitter accounts 'yung dalawa (for realistic purposes sa characters nila) at magiging sobrang minimal lang ang social media presence nila—ipapakita lang unless necessary; like when the scene calls for it lang. reluctant pa ako at first kasi baka maging bland ang lucaesmee, pero mukhang naitawid naman ang show-not-tell better that way.
sabi ko rin, no portrayers. napanindigan naman. wala rin talagang public figure out there na kayang pantayan si luca andres in my head please hahaha. 😭 especially the college him—hindi talaga kaya i-portray ng kahit sino 'yung charming aura niya. kaya sabi ko, walang portrayers. kahit pa walang mukha 'yang nasa picture at back view or side view lang, wala—at ayaw ko. 😹
additionally, ang kasunduan ko rin sa sarili ko, i'd use only copyright-free images on this one (i.e., those not coming from pinterest and other social media platforms). kaya, yes, all images here came from copyright-free image libraries! ☻
again & again, thank you for sticking through with lucaesmee. 🎐🎀 this story was definitely not on my plate for 2023; still, i am beyond glad to have shared it with you.
