THE WHOLE HOUSE went out for breakfast at 10 pm. Even though Madison really didn't want to go, she didn't want to worry anyone. Everyone drove in 2 separate cars. Vinnie and Madison drove together, only those two.

Vinnie had his handset on her thigh. She put her hand on his hand, interlocking her pinkie with his. He looked at her and smiled, "I love you." He said and Madison chuckled. "I love you too, Vin." He squeezed her thigh.

She jumped a little and he laughed. "Leave that for when we're at home." She said, making Vinnie laugh again. They got to the restaurant and were obviously surrounded by Paparazzi. Vinnie opened the door for her and took her hand.

They walked in, hand-in-hand. The people just throw questions at them, "When did this happen?" "Didn't this end a long time ago?" "Do you guys love each other?" "Are you guys together?" But Vinnie shooed them all away.

They found the table where everyone was sitting and sat down next to each other. The waitress came around and everyone ordered their drinks and even food. Madison got chocolate pancakes and Vinnie got the same.

Mia whispered in Madison's ear, "So, have you guys like, done anything?" She wiggled her eyebrows and Madison shivered, "No, and even if we did, I wouldn't be going around flaunting it." She chuckled. Vinnie looked over at them and Madison smiled at him.

Vinnie put his arm around her seat. "Madison, do you plan on moving in, or just visiting?" Thomas asked, and everyone turned their attention to her. "I think I'm just going to be visiting. It's like Monopoly: nothing goes wrong when I'm just visiting, but when I actually go there, it sucks and everything gets ruined." Everyone agreed.

Madison sighed and turned on her phone, she had a text from Josh. "Hey, when are you coming home?" He asked, and Vinnie watched her reply. "Like 5 hours maybe?" He sent a thumbs-up emoji.

Vinnie moved his arm and held Madison's hand under the table, trying to hide the fact that he was trying to touch her thigh again. Madison shuddered and whispered in his ear, "Vin, stop please." She chuckled and he put his hands up, "Okay." Then he held her hand again.

Everyone waited until the food finally came. The waitress put the plates on the table and everyone dug in, except for Madison, who looked at her food as her heart raced. No one noticed, which was good. "Can I use the restroom real quick?" She asked Vinnie and he nodded, "yeah of course. Everything okay?" "Just gotta pee." And there she went.

She hid in the stall and shakily texted Josh. "Can you please make an excuse so I can go home?" She asked, and he replied quickly.

Can you please make an excuse so I can go home?

Yeah, what's wrong?

We're eating and I just want to get out of here

Ok, yeah, what should I say?

Just call me and say something's wrong with Bryce. Please. in like 5 minutes.

Of course. See you soon. luv u bestie

luv u too bestie

Madison went back to the table and wiped her hands on her pants. She ate a few bites of her food but then got the call. She acted annoyed but answered quickly. "What's up?" She asked, calm, but her voice was still shaky.

"I think there's something with Bryce. I need to come to pick you up, I'm almost there, I tracked your location. just be outside, please." "Yeah, of course." She stood back up. "I'm so sorry to ruin this, but I have to go, there's something wrong with Bryce and he needs my help."

"Is there anything we can do?" Vinnie asked, "No, it's like a thing. It's complicated. Plus, more people will just upset him." Vinnie nodded and walked her out. "I'm sorry, Vinnie. I'll call you tonight." She said, feeling guilty for doing this.

"Okay, yeah. That's fine, I love you." He kissed her and she kissed him too. Josh pulled up, in a real panic. "Alright, let's go." "Love you too, Vinnie. Bye!" She got into the car, Vinnie walked away, and with that, they drove off.

Until the next street down, they acted in a panic but then stopped. "Thank you so much, Josh. I really mean it." He nodded, "Why won't you just tell Vinnie about it? I'm sure he would just help you and love you through it." "I know he would, but I don't know, I don't want him to treat me like a child or something."

They got to the house and Bryce hugged Madison. "Madi! Are you okay?" He asked, and she nodded. "I just don't like to eat in front of that many people, you know? It's just too much." "Why didn't you tell them you didn't want to go?" Josh answered for her, "She hasn't told them yet." She nods.
