V. Vinnie's day off

AS MUCH AS Vinnie loved his fans, but sometimes he needed a break from being famous. He decided today, he was going on a break. Just for the day.

Vincent laid down, turning his phone on do not disturb. It was a relief that he didn't have to sit in front of the camera, mostly now. Then he got a notification. "mentallyunstablemaddi has posted".

Vinnie turned his phone off once again. He covered himself with his blankets and just thought. He slowly drifted off into sleep. He started dreaming. Back to that day in 8th grade.
He was mad. Madison was his enemy, for no reason except she was his old crush. He asked her out on the prior year, and he was really upset when she rejected him in front of the whole school.
Madison didn't know it affected him so much that he would be going crazy over it. No one cared, but he had liked her since 2nd grade, and that feeling never went away.
Present day Vincent still had nightmares and flashbacks to those times of him putting her down. He felt terrible about it, and he never got to apologize.
He figured he would just text her about it later, but he knows deep down that he'll never do it because he's stubborn. He wasn't any better than the people that bullied him.
Vinnie began to cry silently. He never cried, but he felt like a terrible person. Even though it happened multiple years ago. He has realized that he never changed. He got a notification.
"mentallyunstablemaddi has requested to message you." He gasped, covering his mouth.

Vinnie smiled. He could finally get a good night's sleep, peacefully. He now knows that he finally did something right.
