Chapter 2

Ashley and Ritchie watched journalist very careful. He didn't approached table where the band was signing autographs and talked with fans. He stayed back and just watched. Looking around like he was looking for something or someone.
"I think that it's not the last time we see that one..." Ashley said quietly.
"I hate this, but you're probably right..." Ritchie said
"I probably should tell Sodo that he tried to asked the same questions when I was checking outside before the gig..."
"He did?"
"Yeah, he called me by my full name. So I approached him and he did excatly the same thing." Ritchie took a pic of that guy. It might be useful or not, but he liked to be prepared.
"Yeah, you probably should." They got back to watching what he'll do. But whole meet&greet has been quite peaceful. Ashley sighted. It will be hard. Sodo will go nuts about it. Finally meet&greet was finished. Sodo was by her side in a minute.
"Ash, are you ok?" He asked
"I'm fine. Ritchie helped a lot."
"Let's go back to the hotel." They were tired and whole that situation made them anxious. Ride to the hotel was rather quiet. Ashley was bit worried. It's not like him being so quiet in situations like this.
"Are you ok?" She asked him after long minutes of silence.
"I'm fine. What about you?"
"I'm good. I have to tell you something."
"What is it?" He asked still bit deep in his thoughts
"That journalist, he approached me before." Ashley said quickly
"WHAT?!" Sodo was burning with anger "Why didn't you tell me earlier?!" Ash was looking at him with a hint of fear
"That's why." She said "I didn't think that he's stupid and bold enough to ask you."
"What did you tell him?"
"Nothing. That guard who was with me said that if he has questions about the band later will be press conference."
"It all starts to be ridiculous."
"What do you mean?" Ash asked
"If not your insane ex, than some crazy woman. If not crazy woman, rude journalist. Why they just can't leave us alone?" Per fall into gloomy mood again.
"Love, that's the price for being in a band like this one." Ash said and coupped his cheek.
"I know." He sighted "Why you're not angry?" She smiled
"It's enough that you are. Someone has to stay calm." Ash thought for a second "I just think that there's no point being angry now. It happened, it's done and now we can't do anything about it."
"And look who's sayin' it..." He said quietly
"You want me to freak out again?" She laughed
"Of course not. It's just that I didin't expect that so soon."
"What you didn't expect?"
"That you gonna work it out so fast." He said and kissed her
"Do I have any other choice?"
"No, not really. No." He said with smile "You're stuck with me, so it won't probably change for a long time."
When they got into hotel, they went to change and than meet rest of the band at the bar. When they walked in, Tobias approached with very serious face
"Hey, about that questions..." He started
"Leave it." Sodo said and went to bar to order drinks. Tobias stood there with Ashley, not really sure what just happened. He looked at Ashley and asked
"What did you do to him?" She looked at shocked Copia in front of her
"Och nothing. Witchcraft." She smiled "Come on, we're standing in the middle of the room." He went with her still peeking at her
"Are you two alright?" He asked
"Sure." Ash said and added "Come on, there's no point in getting angry when something already happened. It's annoying, of course, but what you can do about it now?"
"Are you two on any drugs or what?" Tobias wasn't sure he's hearing right. Ashley smiled and shook her head "Ok, whatever you say, but you have to teach me that witchcraft you used on Sodo, I might need it."
"Why? Something happened?" Ash asked worried
"No, no, no. Just in case if something will happen in the future."
"Hahaha, och well, if that's the case, you'll have to be the one who will marry him and I'm still not sure that will be enough" She laughed. Tobias chockled. They joined rest of the band. It was just few quick drinks as all of them were tired after the gig and all what happened after. They all got back into their rooms. Ashley and Sodo were preparing for the night when he suddenly asked
"Are you really all right after all that?"
"Yes, I am. Why?"
"I just want to be sure. You were sayin' that you're all right before and than suddenly you were leaving me..."
"I'm really ok. Per, I won't leave you again..." She drifted into her thoughts again. She didn't think that her leaving left such trauma. Her heart ache again and she shrinked a bit catching her chest again. He saw that of course.
"Ash, what's going on? It's second time today."
"It's nothing really."
"Why can't you for once tell the truth? I see that something's going on, I'm not blind you know?"
"But it is nothing. Just short ache, nothing more." She said
"I hope so." Short ache or not, but it didn't happened before. "We should get a bit of proper sleep. This time at least." He said kissing her lustfuly.
They slept well, maybe that wasn't long sleep, but when they actually fell asleep, it was very comfy.
In the morning they went to grab some breakfast. Swiss, Rain and Phantom joined them and started very loose conversation. Suddenly Phantom asked
"Hey, what was it all about yesterday at the press conference?" Ashley and Sodo looked at each other. Ash sighted and said
"I really don't know. He approached me before the gig and asked the same questions. He said he's from some small metal magazine. He's just one, nosy journalist."
"Which magazine?" Swiss asked
"I don't know, he didn't say."
"Did he at least introduced himself?"
"No, I don't think he did..."
"That's strange. They normally do. They suppouse to." Sodo said
"True on that." Rain said
"Come on, can we stop talking about him and forget whole that incident?" Ash said. She was afraid that Sodo will get angry again and that she will panick again.
"Ok, fine. So seriously, when will you two get married?" Swiss said with big grinn
"Don't even tell me about it." Sodo said with gloomy voice
"Whaaaat? You're already scared?" He teased him
"Quite opposite. I wanted to do it as soon as possible. You know that asshole." Ash smirked, she got used to them calling names one on another. "That little Unicorn here, said that we will do it after the tour."
"That's good. We'll have time to think of proper gift for you."
"I'm already terrified what you will find..." Per said quietly and mostly to himself. Ash squeezed his hand "Yeah, yeah...I know. Play nice." They finished and got back into their room. Meanwhile boys stayed in restaurant and talked
"I still can't believe what she did with him." Phantom said
"Like what?"
"She actually can make him behave."
"Yeah, that's bit funny." Swiss said
"Funny?" Rain asked
"It's Sodo. How long do you know him? He always did what he wanted, got angry over every little thing and there was no way to stop him. Dragon found his slayer in tiny woman." Swiss laughed
"True on that" Phantom joined with laugh. Rain had his own vision on that. Sodo finally found that one person for him. His person. Without all that dragon and slayer references. Romantic Ghoul.
"Ok, but what do you think about whole that thing with that 'journalist'?" Phantom asked
"You think that he's not one?" Swiss asked with concern
"I don't know, but it's strange. No name, asking such personal questions and he knew Ashleys' name. You know that no one except us should know it."
"We should keep eyes open if we want them to really get married and keep that dragon tamed." Swiss said completly serious.
