I yawned in a breath of morning air and looked up at the golden boy, seeing his hair ruffled everywhere. I snickered quietly to myself and went to get up and off the bed, yet I couldn't.
"Hunter... stupid... cheesebitch.. wake up.." I whispered into his ear, making him jolt up all of a sudden, shocked out of his life. He looked down at me and I laughed, resulting in getting shoved off the bed and onto the floor.
I wheezed and sat up on the floor, glaring at him from below. Hunter glared back and threw a pillow at my face, which I grabbed and used to whack the living shit out of him with.
I stood with the pillow in hand and a now cowering Hunter shrunk in a corner.
"I surrender! I surrender!" He whined like a little baby, which makes me laugh again. I turned to face his bed and threw the pillow back on it, then turned to a lion about to pounce.
Golden boy full on flung off the floor and tackled me, making both of us fall backwards and onto the floor.
Both of ended laughing and got moved around from his tackle. Which.. wasn't exactly great, because I ended on top of him, which I cringed by.
He looked at me with pink dust on his cheek and shoved me off, motioning for both of us to get up off the floor and stand up. Both of us dusted ourselves off, then turned to each other.
"Wait.. Goldie... didn't Belos want to do that experiment thing again today?" The thought of it easily brought me a small panic attack, and he could see it.
"Yeah, but hey... don't worry, please. I have a plan.." I chilled a bit and raised a brow at him, curious to hear about what plan he had in mind.
"Oh really? What is it?" I asked with much wonder.
Hunter began to tell me his plan, which involved him lying to Belos, saying I fought him off and escaped.
"Yeah, but how will he believe it. You don't look beat up."
Hunter nodded his head once and looked at me, trying to convey the message.
"What! No, I'm not gonna hurt you!"
He rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, looking at me disapprovingly. "Well you have to asshat, or he won't believe there was a fight, then I'd get scolded by him instead, which I don't want."
I grumbled stubbornly and looked back at him, tapping my foot. "Fine, come here." I motioned for him to come closer, and which he did, giving him up for a punch dummy. I sighed and raised my right hand, making a laser of fire come and yeet him against the room wall.
He looked slightly toasty as he looked at me, a wormy smile and weak thumbs up, making me laugh.
"Hey, that's not funny! You burnt me.."
I laughed more as he got up and went over to me, grabbing me and dragging me to the window, shoving me over to it.
"Now go while you can... before Kikimora comes and gets suspicious about this stuff."
I nodded and looked outward, feeling happy to be able to get away. But before I could go, I had to do one last thing.
I turned around quickly and gave Hunter and snug hug. "Bye doofus, don't die or anything.." This made him chuckle as he hugged me back, giving me a playful death crunching hug.
After we backed away, I hopped from the window, making my way away by sneaking away from the castle. I made it out of the area finally, and made it through the woods, glad I was free again.
Yet, I still would miss my new friend.
