Alex's POV So it's 11:47am, and Today is January 3rd, 2021, and I'm about to ask my best friend to be my girlfriend. Me and her have been talking for a while now, and I'm ready for her to be mines.
I'm about to head to the mall and get her a promise ring and some gifts(Roses, Teddy bear, etc.) I really hope she says yes.
I'm at the mall and I'm looking at the kinds of rings I can get her.

I saw this ring (^) and I knew it was the right one, so i brought it, it was pretty expensive, but it was the right one and I know she would love it. I go and buy some roses and things for her, as well as a teddy bear cause I know she loves teddy bears (Especially the ones I buy her 😉!)
I call Emily and she answers quickly. Emily - Hi Alex! Alex - Hey Emily, do you think you can meet me at the restaurant we always go to at 5? And wear something nice like a dress please, and let's match, we both wear light blue. Emily - Alright, is there something wrong are we about to have a talk or something ? Alex - You'll see .
I go home and rest for a little, and time goes very quickly. It's 4:05, I jump up and head in the shower and get ready. I grab my tuxedo and head to the restaurant.

I arrive at the restaurant and I wait for Emily outside. I see her pull up and she looks beautiful, my eyes open up from her beauty.

"Emily .. you look so beautiful" she smiles and says thank you😊. I open the door for her and all. I talk to her about how much I appreciate everything she's done and after we ate I got on my knees. "Emily.. Will you be my girlfriend and accept this promise ring ?" She starts tearing up. Everybody in the restaurant awe's and claps when she said yes.
Emily's POV
Alex just gave me a promise ring and asked me to be his girlfriend with many other things!! I can't believe it I've been waiting for this day 🥹🥹!! I will forever and always be his. I get up and give him a big hug and a kiss.
He takes me home and gives me a big hug and a kiss saying he hopes I have a good night, and that he loves me. I tell him the same thing as well.
