WE ARRIVED

As soon as the plane touched down, my best friend nudged me awake and we eagerly disembarked, stepping out into the fresh air and waiting patiently for our ride to arrive.

As soon as our ride arrived, we swiftly loaded our belongings into the trunk of the car and eagerly hopped inside, ready to embark on our exciting journey towards the enchanting house that awaited us.

We reached the house, and my best friend  was brimming with enthusiasm. She dashed towards the door, urging me to hurry along. While she hurried me, I found myself preoccupied with expressing gratitude to the driver for kindly transporting our belongings. It was truly thoughtful of him, especially considering that he wouldn't have done so if my best friend hadn't been so thrilled.

As I approached the door, my best friend seemed hesitant to knock. I took the initiative and knocked for us. After a few minutes, the door opened to reveal Debo and Nia holding nerf guns. My friend and I raised our hands in surrender, but Tabina vouched for us and we were allowed inside.

As we entered the house, Tabina instructed us to head to our rooms and unpack our belongings. As we made our way up the stairs, we noticed that everyone was gathered in the chill area. Their eyes followed us as we walked by, but I couldn't help but feel like they were staring at me in particular.

After we finished unpacking, we stepped outside and took a seat. It was a difficult moment for us, and Tabina took the opportunity to explain the rules regarding physical contact between boys and girls. She made it clear that any form of affectionate touch was strictly prohibited.

After completing the challenge, Ashleigh and Nunu emerged as the victorious pair, earning themselves a date in the coveted boom-boom room. However, they were cautious not to get caught touching each other inappropriately, as it would result in a monetary penalty.

As Ashleigh and Nunu strolled by, a mischievous glint sparkled in Ashleigh's eyes. In a daring move, her hand brushed against my backside, sending a jolt of surprise through me. Our eyes met, and a sly wink escaped her, leaving me both bewildered and intrigued.

As I approached my best friend, My companion Kee quietly approached from behind and gently rested her head on my shoulder. I glanced at her and she responded with a warm smile. In that moment, I noticed Ida's presence and witnessed Nadia shooting Kee with a menacing glare. If glances could be fatal, Kee would surely be buried six or twelve feet beneath the earth. I couldn't help but wonder why they were behaving this way, until it dawned on me that a significant number of girls harbored an intense infatuation towards me. It was as if they were completely obsessed, and I couldn't help but curse the genes inherited from my parents.

I'm stuck in a frustrating situation and there's nothing I can do about it. I've been paired up with Kee for the next few days, and let me tell you, she's absolutely stunning. I can't help but feel a bit intimidated by her beauty, as I always seem to lose my composure when it comes to attractive individuals, regardless if they’re masculine or feminine.

In order to escape the uncomfortable situation, I quickly retreated to my room. Just as I was about to shut the door, I was startled to find Ida and Nadia standing in the doorway. Their sudden appearance made me jump in surprise. After taking a moment to calm my racing heart, I glanced back at the door only to discover Ashleigh, Nyema, and Liberty also standing there. As soon as I moved from my spot, they playfully ambushed me, grabbing me by the neck and pushing me against the door. They proceeded to tickle me relentlessly until I couldn't help but cry with laughter.
