Depression-
A touchy subject
People try to cheer you up
Try to make you
Happy
But it isn't that you
Aren't happy
It's that you feel nothing
No emotions-
No feelings-
No happiness
But no sadness
You're like a single chain in a link
The one that keeps falling off
You fall off
And feel nothing
Because you are a chain
But you feel lost
Because you are no longer a link
Then you are put back on
And you are a link again
But still a chain
So you fall off again
And again
And more
But you always find yourself
In the link
Back where you belong
And until you are fixed
You have to toughen up
And manage to always be in the link
Again
