In the realm of bittersweet desires,
Where love and longing intertwine,
I paint a verse with words afire,
Of one last kiss, our souls combine.
Upon lips that yearn with fervent grace,
Our hearts entwined in timeless flight,
Yet like an alcoholic, lost in embrace,
I'm addicted to your presence, day and night.
One last kiss, a moment held so dear,
A taste of love, a touch of pain,
I need you like a limb caught in fear,
Like a broken leg, my crutch, my bane.
For in the ache that dwells within,
I find solace in a paradox so true,
A love that flickers through my skin,
An addiction that I can never subdue.
So let this kiss be our farewell,
A testament to the love we share,
Like echoes of a story too complex to tell,
May this last embrace eternally declare.
