I went back to my bed and laid down, dreaming of skinny girls and pretty models. I woke up to a couple nurses in my room and my dad, he smiled at me. "Hi baby girl, how'd you sleep?" he asked. I replied smiling, "Hi dad, I slept okay.." I got out of my bed and hugged him. I've always had a close relationship with my father, he raised me after my mother left.

"Hey, loser.." I turned around to see Jax. I ran up to him and hugged him tightly, slightly tearing up. "How you been, they treating you all right?" Jax asked. I nodded as my dad got up and left the room. "Evie wanted to come, but she knew she'd cry too much." he chuckled and ran his fingers through his fluffy blonde hair. I admired Jax, he was a good looking kid, the type of kid you wouldn't expect to hang around me. Evie was gorgeous, her auburn hair reaching  just below her chest. She was skinny, I wished to be like her.

Jax's Pov -

I looked into her beautiful brown eyes, I wished she could see how gorgeous she is. She looks so pale, it hurts to see her like this. Aria has been the love of life since we were seven. Our friendship started with legos, but I had always thought she was the cutest with her Peppa Pig lunch box and princess shirts. Sure, Evelyn was pretty, all my friends had the hots for her but she's not for me. Aria keeps me up at night. I'm always worrying about her, hoping she's happy and healthy. I wish I could hold her right now, this isn't fair.

Aria's Pov -

Jax brought his seat over to my bed, he sat next to me the whole visit. "You comfy?" he asked. "Oh yeah, these hospitals have the best beds." I replied with a slight chuckle. "How's school?" I asked. "It's boring without you!" Jax said nudging my arm. I smiled and hugged him again. "I really miss you guys.." I said tearing up. "We miss you too Ari." he said, sniffing. He never called me Ari, only Evie did. My dad came back in the room. "C'mon Jay, gotta take you home buddy, your mama misses you." my dad said. Jax frowned, "See you soon, loser." I frowned too, and kissed him on the cheek before they left. I couldn't like him, Evelyn did.
