Draining Song

The hero license exams are coming up soon, I really need to do more training. If I'll want to pass I'm going to need to work hard. Thinking logically about this I'll probably have to fight and do some kind of rescue activity. My quirk isn't really good for the latter so I need to think of something in case that happens. I also need to work on the ultimate moves our teachers are talking about. 

"The hell are you thinking about, (Last Name)," Bakugo shouted.

I looked up and met his glare, "Huh?"

"You were zoning out! It's your turn," He glared. 

"Oh, right! Sorry guys," I said and played a card, going back into thought. 

What to do for an ultimate move? I could try those things Midoriya suggested the other day. I can think of a few that might work. I'll try listening to multiple songs and see what that does and then I can try channeling the drain to just one person to do more. Then I could also try increasing the range. A lot of people are going to be there so I might need to do a large scale attack.

"If you're not going to pay attention then why the hell are you playing," Bakugo fumed. 

That's it! "Will you train with me, Bakugo?"

The angry blonde stared with wide eyes. "What?"

"I want to get in some extra training before the exams," I explained. "So will you help?"

"Wow, (Name), he's gaping like a fish," Jiro joked. 

"It's admirable of you to be training so hard," Momo commented. 

Kirishima and Mina burst out laughing. "He looks like he short circuited!"

"I'm fine you extras," Bakugo snapped. He turned back to me. "Why would I help you with anything!?"

"You're just so much better than me, I need something to help me keep up with you," I cajoled. 

Bakugo smirked at that. "Damn right I'm better! Fine, it would look bad on me if my rival was as weak as you!"

"So you'll help," I asked. 

"Tomorrow! I'll tell Aizawa we need the gym after classes!"

I agreed and thanked Bakugo. We finished the game shortly, Jiro being the winner, and decided to watch a movie before we went to bed. Bakugo didn't stay for the movie, going to sleep right after the card game. I don't remember much of the movie, I was thinking about how else to prepare for the hero license exam.

After yet another day of competing in classes with Bakugo, we went to gym Gamma. Aizawa is "supervising" in the corner. Really he's just taking a nap.
