"Someone help him," Uraraka screams to the paramedics as her friend collapses in her arms. As soon as he was sure Eri was safe, (Name) ran out of adrenaline and passed out.
The paramedics rushed over to the two, prying the boy out of Uraraka's strong grip. She lets go as soon as she realizes she was clinging to him. Aizawa hurries over as soon as Eri gets taken by the other paramedics. "Is he going to be okay," The usually stoic teacher worries.
"We'll have to look more closely to know for sure, probably do some scans at the hospital. He lost a lot of blood. The only reason he lasted this long is probably a mixture of shock and adrenaline," The paramedic explained as she attempted to stabilize the teen.
"I'm going with you," Aizawa says determined.
"Sir, I can only let family and guardians in with him," The other paramedic refutes.
Aizawa rolls his eyes and pulls out his ID. "I'm the kid's temporary guardian, I watch over him at the dorms. I'm going in that ambulance with him." The hero leaves no room for refusal and climbs into the vehicle. The paramedics get (Name) into the ambulance and rush to the nearest hospital for heroes.
When they get to the hospital doctors rush (Name) inside. "Patient was stabbed in the lower stomach!"
"He needs a scan, bring him to the back!"
Doctors shout a variety of medical terms and jargon. Aizawa struggles to keep up with what's going on. One of the workers senses his confusion and explains. "Stab wounds in this placement aren't usually dangerous for a guy, but since (Name) is trans dangers rise. If his reproductive organs are larger than average or in an uncommon placement, well it wouldn't be good." Aizawa's face visibly pales. The doctor tries to ease his worries. "We're going to scan his abdomen and make sure everything is good. Regardless of organ damage he's going to need to have surgery. The surgeons here are especially skilled, he's in good hands."
The teacher calms a bit at the doctor's words. "Thank you," He says as the doctors roll his student into the scanning room. Aizawa makes his way to the family waiting room.

Aizawa looks up when he hears footsteps getting closer. He hopes it's the doctor from earlier but instead he sees Kirishima, covered in bandages from his own ambulance ride. Following close behind the red-haired student are two adults that Aizawa recognizes as (Name)'s parents. He stands up and shakes their hands.
"The receptionist didn't say much," Kirishima spoke up first, "Did they tell you anything?"
Aizawa winces. "Not since (Name) was rolled away, but they told me the basics of the situation." He tells the other three everything the doctor told him.
(Name)'s parents hold each other tightly and Kirishima starts fidgeting. "Aizawa Sensei," He asks, "Can I tell Bakugo that we're here?"
Aizawa looks at him confused. "Why would Bakugo need to know?"
"He asked me to watch (Name) for him," The teen explains, "I was supposed to make sure he didn't get hurt. I told him to leave me behind and now he's badly hurt, it's all my fault this happened."
Kirishima bursts into tears. Aizawa, unsure how to comfort his emotional student, freezes up. Luckily (Name)'s parents react quickly and comfort the kid. "It wasn't your fault," His father, Kuro, puts his hand on Kirishima's shoulder.
"Our son is just a selfless kid, he always has been," Kushi, (Name)'s mother, agrees. "He would have found a way to get hurt even with you there."
"Go ahead and call Bakugo," Kuro smiles.
