After a few hours at the hospital, waiting to see if his lover is going to survive, they give him the news. "She is in a coma, she won't be awake for the next 10 years", Kim Jong Un BURSTS into tears, wondering if his life matters and is worth living at this point since his lover, the ONLY person he loves, is in a coma.
