SHE WAS RAISED TO STAND SILENT, he had to scream to survive. We are all a product of our environment, but they're not as different as they think. They are both scared, hurt, longing for something.
She's an assassin, a prodigy, the granddaughter of the Ra's Al Ghul. Her worth came down to the blood on her hands, nothing more. He's a survivor, a lucky pick. Supposedly saved by Bruce Wayne, a man with no capacity for love.
All he wants is someone to understand, all she needs is someone to listen too.
AN - Hiiiiiii, I absolutely love titans and just in general am a big Batman fan so I'm really excited to be writing this and I hope you enjoy reading it just as much! For anyone who's not as big of a batman nerd as I am I'll just give a brief summary of Maria's Family before continuing.
Maria is the Daughter of Talia Al Ghul who is the Daughter of Ra's Al Ghul, an infamous Batman villain who is practically immortal, using the lazarius pit to keep coming back infinitely and also heads the league of assassins. Talia Al Ghul is also the mother of Damian Wayne, the latest robin up to date, who will be hinted at in this story just for fun. ;)
For reference, Talia is the daughter of Ra's Al Ghul and goes on to have two children(for this story at least, Maria is my oc), one she brings to life through dark magic(Maria) and one she has with Bruce Wayne( Damian)
