It was a completely normal night, for all I knew. Party, then go home late at night. That was my life. Though my hope of ever seeing Katya again was close to 0.

I still had the strange cube. My perfect cube. The best cube to ever exist.

I walked my way home, going through the back ways until I heard a thud accompanied by a yell.

"GOD DAMMIT SOLLUX!! WHAT DID YOU GET US INTO THIS TIME, FUCKASS??"

I went to investigate the noise, peering around the corner of the alley just to see 1... 2... 3..... 12 strange human-ish-looking creatures. Or whatever I should call them.

"Where Are We?" A medium-tall one stood up from the hard ground of the alley, rubbing her head. She had one horn that was shaped like a half-arrow and one that looked almost exactly like the other, just without the half-arrow thing. Her hair was short and curly. She was wearing a black crop top t-shirt with the Virgo zodiac symbol on it in a dark green color over a dark gray turtleneck, and she was wearing a long red skirt.

"Earth, agaiin." The one that was probably Sollux answered.

"x33< ooooooh!!! remember last time mew sent me here?" a catgirl one asked, jumping up and down.

"Ye2. II remember two well." Sollux looked around, and when he turned his head to look at me, I quickly hid, but ended up falling and knocking over a trash can. "Shit!"

"Who's There?" The voice of the Virgo one called.

Run.

No! I'm not a coward! Stupid brain.

Instead, I got up, peering around the edge.

":33< oooh, a human!" The catgirl one came over and took a close look at me. ":33< i've s33n one of these befur!!"

"Pretty sure we all have." A Scorpio one shrugged and looked me up and down.

"UHH... NOT M3, 1'V3 N3V3R GOTT3N CLOS3 3NOUGH TO ON3. BUT H3Y! TH4T CH4NG3S R1GHT NOW!" Said the one with red shades.

"Hey, hey, nobody's touching me." I raised my hands up, before putting them in my pockets and walking into the other part of the alley.

":33< we should purrobably introduce meowrselves furst!" the catgirl one said before bouncing towards me and holding her hand out to shake mine.

"The name's Yura. Yura Beletsky." I responded, shaking her hand. "So, what even are you guys?"

"WE'RE TROLLS." A short one with nubby horns answered. Sounded like the voice that yelled when they first randomly appeared.

"You sure don't look like trolls." I said, shrugging.

"NOT THE ONES FROM YOUR STUPID HUMAN MOVIES, DUMBASS. THOSE TROLLS ARE UGLY FUCKS WHO KNOW NOTHING." He crossed his arms.

"Well, someone's crabby today."

"D--> Don't worry, he's like this every day. You will probably get used to him with time." The tallest one commented, and I just shrugged.

"Yeah, probably. I've got a friend just like him." I responded.

"D--> By the way, my name is Equius Zahhak. It's nice to meet you." He held out his hand and I shook it. It was sweaty.

"My name's Feferi! Glub glub!" One with fins for ears and fuchsia colored goggles came up and enthusiastically shook my hand. Then she pulled another finned one with a scarf over.
