Lucy's eyes widen in both shock and surprise. The man looked back with the same expression.

"Lucy, this is Jude Heartfilia, owner of Heartfilia Co." Lucy felt a lump in her throat.

"It's nice to meet you Mr. Heartfilia" She said and bowed. He stood up straight, "There's no need to be so formal Lucy."

She looked up and nodded. "Well, I'll see you next week at the conference Jude."

Natsu said and lead Lucy to another table. "Are you alright?" He asked with no emotion.

She nodded. "When is your friends report due?" Lucy bit her lip slightly.

"The week before graduation." He nodded. "If you want, we can continue the interview."

Lucy shook her head "I already asked you all the questions." Natsu put his elbows on the table.

"Ask me what you want to know." He said emphasizing the word. Lucy looked at the floor in deep thought.

"It was said that you were gay. Seeing that you never take pictures with women. Is that true?"

She asked slightly embarrassed and he chuckled softly. "No not at all. I just don't want a romantic relationship with anyone."

Lucy didn't know why, but she actually was sad he wasn't into romance.

"Have you ever had one before?" She asked curiously. He nodded, "Yes I had a relationship with a woman named Lisanna Strauss."

He said taking a sip of his wine. "I really love her." He started. "Then she had to leave along with her siblings."

Lucy nodded slightly. "Do you still have feelings for her?" He shook his head.

"Even if I did, I would be to busy with my company to be with her." He said with a sigh.

Lucy decided to change the subject. "Speaking of your company, why are you working with Jude Heartfilia?"

Natsu looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "Since both our companies are very wealthy and are at the top, we decided to work together."

Lucy looked at him seriously. "Why?" She asked once again. "It will help us both." Was his answer.

She nodded. "Now let's talk about you." Lucy raised a brow and pointed to herself.

"Me? Why would you want to know about me?" She asked curiously while laughing a bit.

He ignored her and just started asking her questions. "What do you plan on doing after you graduate?"

Lucy sighed. "I want to become a writer." She said while looking down.

"Who inspired you to become an author?" He asked. Lucy bit her lip once again and looked into his oxyneyes.

"Thomas Hardy..." They said simultaneously. He smiled softly at her, "You know him?" She asked.

He just nodded at her. "You know, people say that they know you." He looked at her questionably.

"Why do I get the feeling it's not true."

Natsu took a deep breath. "Sorry to interrupt, but may I borrow my daughter for a second?"

Sorry it's short. I just didn't know how to end this without giving any details on the next chapter.
