Chapter 12

(Normal P.O.V)
"So, Lucy. What are you doing this Saturday?" Levy asked her blonde haired friend. "Hmm. Probably nothing." She replied as she typed on her computer. "Why?" She asked glancing at her.

Levy shrugged. "Nah, just asking. I heard there was this charity event coming up. Which is hosted by both Natsu Dragneel and Gray Fullbuster." Levy said in a sing-songy voice.

Lucy raised an eyebrow. "Oh, really?" She asked as she kept her eyes focused on the screen in front of her. "Are you mentioning this because of Mr. Dragneel?" She muttered.

Levy scoffed. "Nope, I mentioning it because of both Natsu and Gray." She said walking towards the fridge to pour a glass of juice. "Want some?" She asked.

"No and.. Why?" The blonde asked scrunching up her nose in confusion.

Levy giggled and sat across, the island counter, from her. "Why not? Ya know, I think they both have a thing for you." She said as she looked at her, then winked playfully.

When Levy did that, Lucy started to blush. "What are you talking about?" She sputtered out and crossed her arms, letting out a huff of annoyance.

Levy snickered at this. "Oh gosh, this is too good." She said with a glint in her eye. "Lucy, Lucy, Lucy." She tsked and shook her head. "You really are clueless, aren't you?" She teased as the blonde rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, whatever." She flipped her hair and got off her chair. "Now, if you don't mind Levy-Chan, I'd like to take a shower." She stated.

"Wait! So, is that a yes or no to going to the event?" Levy asked. Lucy sighed and said, "Probably not. I have an assignment I need to work on and I might have to go work as well. We'll talk about this later, the shower awaits me."

Levy put her chin on the palm of her hand. "Take as long as you need Lu-chan." The blue haired female said as she placed her other hand in front of her and looked at her painted nails.

Lucy smiled and nodded. "Gladly." She replied and went off to do her business. When Levy made sure she was gone she smirked and stood up slowly.

"Take as long as you need~" She said walking over to the computer and turning it on.

She went to her emails and started typing quickly. After about 10 minutes of thinking what to say and rereading it, she sent it and hummed. Then, she closed the window and logged out, turning off the laptop.

"Hehe. See you at the party, boys." She mumbled. Suddenly, she heard Lucy's footsteps and panicked. Levy quickly moved away from the laptop and turned towards to sink, pretending to wash her hands.

"Hey, Levy. I need your opinion on something really quick." Lucy said walking in. "Ok, wait for me in the living room while I get a drink."

Lucy nodded and left the girl standing awkwardly in the kitchen. "Phew." She sighed and regained her posture.
