!! {mild tw at the end}

Their ragged breathing and crimson faces was suggestive and Aang couldn't help but connect two and two to the risqué tendencies common amongst ripe youth. He had been versed in matters of the body at the Air Temple, and though it was not taboo, he did have to assert that fooling around out in the cold was not to be encouraged! Fevers were severely deadly!

Zuko's searing grip on Raiu's wrists above his head loosened as the shame washed over him at the realisation that he was caught in a rather unbecoming position. "It's not what you're thinking!"

"I wasn't thinking anything," Aang shrugged, quickly blowing a gust of wind at Zuko, slamming him against the ceiling. Raiu immediately followed up with an assist, using the same move of bending the snow against Zuko, leaving him stuck on the ceiling.

"Let's get out of here!" Raiu unceremoniously slung Aang over his shoulders again and sped out of the cave, without looking back.

"He's chasing us again!"

"Damn, he's relentless," Raiu sighed. "You asked for it."

With a flick of his wrist and a wave of his hand, the snow around Zuko elevated him a few metres high and slammed him back onto the snow, successfully knocking him out cold. And it was just in time as Appa came into sight.

"You guys! You're alright!" Katara rushed over with her eyebrows scrunched in worry and a relieved smile stretched wide across her tired face.

Sokka used his foot to toe the unconscious Fire Price, "What's up with him?"

"He got what was coming," Raiu commented, again slinging Zuko on his shoulder as he made his way up Appa.

"Uh I think you're forgetting a little something, Zuko is our enemy," Sokka noted, emphasising on enemy.

"We can't just leave him."

"Sure you can. Let's go."

"He's right, Zuko'll die otherwise," Aang finalised. "We have to hurry to the spirit oasis! The spirits are in trouble!"

"Yeah this makes sense, let's bring the guy who's constantly trying to kill us," Sokka grumbled as they took off on Appa.

Not long after, the sky was dyed crimson, the moon having lost all its lustre to the blood-red disarray.

"I feel faint," Yue complained.

"I feel it too," Aang added on.

"I feel like throwing up," Raiu cried out and shuffled over his butt to the edge of Appa's carrier.

Yue explained her special constitution — the story behind her white hair, the moon spirit's signature on her existence. Raiu, of course, had long known this story since they were children. In fact, the two were often mistaken to be siblings due to their uncanny resemblance to each other with their white hair and tan skin. But Raiu was born this way, whilst Yue's features changed after birth, there could have been a connection but neither of the two ever delved deeper.

While the gang discussed, Raiu's gaze drifted over to the motionless Zuko, whose tables turned on him and was the one bound in rope now. Raiu was pretty certain Zuko was just feigning unconsciousness though, his uneven breathing was telltale enough.

Sokka caught Raiu's drifted attention, "I've been meaning to ask, so what happened in the cave? Did you beat up Zuko?"

Aang saw the chance to cut in too with his own question, "I want to know too! Why was Zuko all over you? He had you literally pinned to the ground."
